Our home is a privately owned executive property in a quite cul-de-sac which forms part of Bass Lake Estates. We are located just off highway 192 behind the Wal-Mart super centre between mile markers 14/15 in Kissimmee. The house is a two-storey property covering 2141sqft with four large bedrooms on the upper floor with master king/en-suite, second king shared en-suite, large double with two queen beds & a twin room with two single beds. All rooms have A/C,cable TV/DVD/CD & radio alarm. The main bathroom has a bath shower WC & mirrored vanity unit with sink & plenty of cupboard space & is shared with the secondary king bedroom via double door access which can be locked from both sides.The private master en-suite is similar but has his/her washbasins. The ground floor living area is open plan with full kitchen, breakfast bar, breakfast table & chairs and a spacious family-room with comfortable seating & formal dining table. Access to the pool/utility and games room is off the kitchen.

We constantly strive to maintain and improve our service and encourage all our guests to comment good or bad on their stay at the villa.Recent improvements include a tiled floor throughout the kitchen/dining area,utility-room and 1/2 bath giving a more modern and cleaner feel to the open plan ground floor.We have added a 46' LCD Smart HDTV to the family room with 250 Digital channels and interactive access to 100,s of shows / movies and music.Improvements in internet speed and FREE CALLS throughout USA and CANADA have also been added,with make-overs to the 1/2 bath and bedroom 4.Outside we have a new pool pump and filter system and high spec pool heater for the winter months with subtle changes to the landscaping on going

We would like to introduce you to our Kissimmee Vacation Home and provide you with details of the attractions and amenities in Kissimmee and the surrounding area. We are approximately 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World/Sea World & Universal Studios. Bass Lakes estates is a development of 73 executive homes located just off Highway 192 mile marker (14-15) within walking distance of the world famous Wal-Mart store(open 24 hours everyday for your convenience) also various local bars/restaurants & stores. The estate has a Lake Side setting within a conservation area with adjoining orange groves and an original American settlement. There is a private jetty where you can fish and BBQ and also a children's play area with swings and frames. We are a short car journey from numerous golf courses; air boat rides through Kissimmee swamps and helicopter flights over the city and attractions.The Florida Mall and outlets are less than 25 minutes drive with Cocco Beach less than 1hr away.

  • •All rates fully inclusive of 13% taxes & clean.We require a refundable security deposit £200/$300 to cover any loss or damage.This will be returned on completion of villa inspection by our management team.We take a £200/$300 deposit at time of booking with full payment due 8 weeks prior to check-in.Payment to be made by personal cheque(pounds sterling or us dollars), Bank transfer or we do accept credit card payment but this method will incur a bank charge of 3 to 4%.
    •The minimum rental period is 1 week.We do accept odd duration bookings of more than 1 week which are calculated on an additional pro rata daily basis.
    •Additional pool heat is calculated on a daily basis.
    Non summer months are set at £12 / $18 with reduced rates for the summer period.

What a pleasure...

... to have your home for the week. It was very much like our own home. We believe that you have really went out of your way to make it special. The house was very clean which is not usual in private rentals. Also, the home movie collections was a great added touch. We were so impressed with the kindness and professionalism.
We have visited Florida lots but we have to say this was the best time ever.

... your brochure does not pay justice this home. It is far more beautiful in reality.
Our stay here has been wonderful, especially having 2 kids, one very young and the facilities you have provided for them are excellent.
Although, as you are aware, an Orlando holiday, especially with 2 kids, can be exhausting and it has been lovely to come back home at the end of a busy day to a house with all the creature comforts.
We will definately return to Florida in the near future and this is were we will return.
