Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Aloha! We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii on the South Kohala/Kona Coast. A 20 minute drive north from the Kona airport, the South Kohala area is upscale and close to some of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. Popular Hapuna Bay and Kekaha Kai State Park is only about 10 minutes by car.

Our 2 bedroom, bedroom condo has just been updated (July 2011). We have a completely new kitchen including stainless appliances, tile and carpet in bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint. Everything sparkles with new upscale furnishings, luxurious king size bed in master and queen in second bedroom. Queen size sofa bed in living room.

Area Description: Our Condo is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort Area. This is one of the most desirable destinations on Big Island. The entire area has beautiful landscaping, two championship golf courses, local shops within walking distance. The beach is close by, also within walking distance. Anaeho'omalu Beach(also called A Bay) is a white sandy beach, about 10 minutes on foot. See beach photo on listing.

The Hilton resort is also located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, complete with restaurants, shops, waterslides, dolphin pools - a must see when in the area. Don't worry about parking, as this wonderful resort is also within walking distance.

The best beaches (and beach weather) are in the South Kohala area, which is where the Waikoloa Beach area is located. Excellent beaches are close by, only a 10 minute drive from our condo complex.

Excellent condo in a perfect place. This condo has been updated and is stocked perfectly. Owners are great and provide anything you need. The condo is very close to the pool, and BBQ's, parking is close by. Cant say anything more than, perfect!

Absolutely beautiful

We knew that this unit had been recently renovated but we were still pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It is bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and has the feel of a home rather than a vacation property.We also found it to be very quiet and rarely heard any noise from the adjoining units. Reg and Sue have been so thoughtful with all the little details that make a stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is not only new but very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals at home. We loved sitting outside on the large, private lanai that is surrounded by gardens.The location of the property is perfect for morning walks and within a 10 minute drive of great beaches. Our favorite was Puako which had really good snorkeling, surf to play in and some shade for those really hot days. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and coolers and used them almost every day. We also loved the heated pool and spending relaxing evenings in the hot tub looking up at the stars. The layout of the unit was also perfect for two couples.
This unit and property far exceeded our expectations and is one of the nicest we have stayed in. We would highly recommend it and are looking forward to staying here in the future.

LOVELY UPDATED SUITE

We have just arrived home following a week at this very comfortable and updated suite. We LOVED it..
The owners have done a great job of updating a unit with great space. Ceilings are high which give a "roomy feel" The unit is fresh, bright and modern with extra comfy beds, multiple thread count linen and attractive decor. Stainless steel appliance and granite countertops, finish it off beautifully. The outdoor patio is large and right beside the community pool at ground level. A quick walk to the beach and shops and hotels The two bedrooms and two bathrooms would be just right for four adults .
Reg and Sue, are delightful to deal with and were very helpful with "hot spots" to see in the area.
Don't miss happy hour at Lava Lava beachfront to north of the Marriott 3-5 pm
We will be back!! Would highly recommend Thanks so much .
