We love Myrtle Beach!

Located directly on the 'Golden Mile'of beautiful sandy beach, Caravelle Resort is conveniently located in the North part of Myrtle Beach between the city of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Caravelle is located just 2 blocks from highway 17 which is the main road that runs up and down the beaches. Close by you will find Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Carrabbas, TGI Fridays and the best burgers on the beach at River City Cafe. You will be just 5-10 minutes from downtown, most attractions and the airport. Come find out why we love this area and call it home!

The unit will sleep 6 with 2 full size beds in the bedroom and a full size murphy wall bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware you will need. All linens and towels will be provided for you. We have added many little extras to our unit for our renters to use, such as beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, videos and games. There is also a 37'' flat panel high definition tv to watch those videos on. You won't have to wait in long check-in lines if you stay with us, just go straight to the unit and start that vacation!

On site, you will find indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis, large splash station kiddie pool, 2 lazy rivers, fitness room, mini mart, arcade, laundry room and ice cream shop. The indoor pool is located on the 7th floor overlooking Ocean Boulevard and on the ocean side of the 7th floor, you will find a wonderful oceanfront veranda with chairs and hammocks for relaxing.

Here, you can see for miles up and down the coast, an amazing place to relax in the sun or read a good book in the evening. For entertainment, there is Marco Polo Grill & Bar and Liquids Martini and Coffee bar. The resort also has an onsite restaurant, Santa Maria. NEW as of 9/15/08 Awaken Your Senses Spa for massages, facials and manicures.

After a day of sun and relaxation, you can venture out and find all that the area has to offer, something for everyone to do here! There are numerous restaurants, golf courses and shopping areas. You can shop all day at our malls and Tanger Outlets and unwind to live musical theater in the evening at the Carolina Opry, The Palace or The Alabama Theater. Visit Broadway at the Beach which features Imax Theater, Jimmy Buffet's Margaretville, Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe and numerous restaurants and shops.

For those who want a little more action, directly across from Broadway at the Beach is Nascar Restaurant and Speed park or Myrtle Waves water park. Coming in June 08, the first ever Hard Rock Theme Park will open in Myrtle Beach. Your only problem will be finding time to do everything you wnat in one trip.

Excellent Vacation!!!!!!

My family and I which includes my husband and two girls, ages 4 and 7 just spent a week here. We had an amazing time! The room literally has everything you will need. We were only missing scissors and another adult chair for the beach but those things were so minor and really you need nothing else. We also had one problem with our door lock and I called the realtor and it was fixed in no time. Excellent service! Also the staff is not suppose to help you at the resort but if you ask them any questions they were super nice and helpful. We loved being able to walk into the comfort of having everything right there. We were able to eat in our room for lots of meals. The pools are clean and well kept. The view from this room is one of our favorite things. The room is located on the side of the building which allows you to have a great view of the ocean and beaches but if you look straight down you can see the whole pool deck and all that has to offer and if you look the other way you can see the street and all that is going on. This was also great when one of us left the room with the kids we could look for each other right off the deck :) The beach is a very short walk and I must say we visited all of myrtle beach and if we ever have the pleasure of going back we will never say anywhere but this location of myrtle beach. Very family friendly and clean. Not hectic anc crazy like downtown and you are a very short drive to everything. Nothing is more than 5 to 10 minutes away. Conveniently located by a walmart if cooking meals is important to you. Nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend it! Can't wait to plan our next trip! I hope my reviews were helpful for anyone considering visiting Myrtle Beach

My boyfriend and I rented this one bedroom condo for Black Bike Week and I am so glad we did. I loved the fact that we didn't have to check in w/the front office like you normally have to. To just be able to go straight to the room and have the keys and parking passes right there made our arrival so easy. The only thing we didn't have was the motorcycle tag but I called the renters and they called the front office and w/in 5 minutes we had one. The room was perfect for us and the view was amazing. We could see the ocean and Ocean Blvd. which we loved b/c at this time of the year you definitely want to be able to view all the bikes and cars. The fact this property had security at all times for the motorcycles was a HUGE benefit too. We enjoyed our stay so much we already talking about renting it again next year.

Home away from home. We will be back!

We spent last weekend in this rental. Boy, am I glad that I booked with Karen! This place was above and beyond a normal hotel room. All the little added extras made this condo feel like we had the creature comforts of home, which was great for our 20 month old. It was his first trip to the beach and I wanted to make sure he was in a secure, clean environment. Board games, books, beach toys, and even the laundry hamper made this a great place to stay. Heck, our son even slept through the night all three nights, if that tells you anything about how comfortable the beds were! I knew there were beach towels in the room, but upon arrival, there was only one. Silly me forgot to pack towels just in case, so that was a bummer. Other than that, we loved it. Thank you so much, Karen and Matt, for allowing us to stay in your condo. I look forward to using you again for our next trip! -Jennifer

Great Condo!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Caravelle resort!!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacation!! The decor was very cute and it felt like a home away from home!! The extras like beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have so we did not have to go purchase them. We will definately be staying here again when we return to Myrtle beach. Karen was awesome and made this experience so easy.

The listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities. The owner was very helpful and prompt with all our questions. I loved all the fine details of the condo from the bathroom fixtures to the quality bath towels. All the lamps, light fixtures and electronics were of good taste, very modern. It was comfortable like home. The most important thing to us is that it was very clean with lots of nice, thoughtful touches. We made good use of the board games, movies and beach toys. Thank you for letting us borrow your condo. We would definitely stay there again and I will recommend you.
