To experience the heart of NYC Times Square, Columbus Circle, Central Park, at an affordable price, stay at the our Midtown apartment in a state-of-the-art luxury 24-hour doorman elevator building.

Newly renovated with top of line appliances elegant two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on a high floor.

You can walk to Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway theaters, Columbus Circle, Radio City Music Hall or Central Park.

This Homeaway page is the only place you can rent our lovely apartment. If you see this condo unit listed elsewhere (e.g. Craigslist) it is an imitation and not this beautiful apartment.

Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.

Elegant two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is sitting on a high floor in luxury building.

Amenities: The air-conditioned apartment has fully equipped kitchen, living room, two separate large bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. The living room includes a 40-inch flat-panel TV with up to 300 digital channels, wireless high speed Internet, DVD player and a phone with unlimited local and domestic long distance calls. Apartment sleeps 8 people comfortably. Contact me for details. All furniture is new. Crib/playpen for babies is available.

Linens and towels are plentiful. There is plenty of room for your clothes. Hair dryer and soap supplied for your convenience. Full kitchen w/ all appliances, coffee maker w/delicious coffee, sweeteners, and teas to enjoy. The laundry, dry cleaner are in the building. Garage in the building available for variable rate (around $30 per day).

    Cancellation policy: Your payment is fully refundable if more than 30 days in advance no question asked. If you need to cancel less than 30 days in advance and I can re-rent the apartment after your cancellation I promise to return your money.

    Absolutely no smoking please, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be applied if not followed.

    Holiday rate is in effect for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Weeks and other holidays.

Wonderful stay

What a fabulous place to stay! Just as described on the internet (& better). All the things we needed were easily found. We very much enjoyed staying at this apartment. There was more than enough room for us. The furnishings are brand new and the overall effect is one of quality and cleanliness.The place is well kept and well stocked with necessities.
It was in a great location with easy access to grocery, gyms, and the event venue we spent time at.
It was our second stay in this property and we will be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience in New York.

The apartment was very comfy, clean and new furnished. The linens and towels were fantastic.The unit was very well maintained and immaculately presented. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
The location was great - everything you need is very close by. There are plenty of restaurants around.
We would definitely recommend staying at this unit to everyone and would certainly stay there again on our next visit to New York.

Best apartment ever!

What a great find! We thought the property was even better than described and spotless too! It was in great condition - very clean and true to the photos.
Everything you might need is within a few blocks - stores, restaurants, points of interest and subway stations. In addition with it being in a great location we were able to see and get to places easily.
Don't hesitate to rent it you won't be sorry!!

Lovely apartment with excellent views. Perfect location for those who want to be close to all the sights
of Manhattan. We enjoyed convenience of kitchen. It was stacked with everything we needed.Furnishings were elegant and comfortable. The apartment was warm and well-decorated.
Overall, our experience with the unit was great. It was our second stay in this property and it was very memorable. Next time we come to Manhattan, we will stay here again if it's available.

This apartment has been furnished for you to use, enjoy and relax. Great location, only minutes from everything. The place was great, comfortable andas represented. Everything worked. This is my third stay in this property.

. After our stay in this lovely apartment we will never plan to go to New York any other way. I would be happy to recommend this property.
