I brought a number of college students for a weekend retreat. The property was clean and well put together. Lynette was extremely helpful, and the students had a great time playing ping pong, walking to the lake, and building a bonfire in the fire put. Highly recommended!
our first stay at this vacation rental, but it wont be our last we had a full house and everyone was very pleased with it,because we all got to stay in the same building and shared each others company and we all enjoyed the game room, including the adults.the lake was just a short distance and the hiking trail was just across the street.a very good restaurant right beside it.the retreat was just as described.there was also a very good fireworks display on the 4th.we are planning on renting this mountain rental again next year.
The property was quite clean and accommodations were great. We enjoyed building a bonfire at night, hiking trips each morning, and swimming in the beautiful lake during the day. The waterfalls were gorgeous and the cliff jumping spectacular. Adults and kids had a fantastic trip.
We had a wonderful family gathering. We fished, swam, and ate too much. We really enjoyed the fact that our family could all be in one place. David and Lynette were very accommodating. Hopefully we can return one day.
Just loved the Covenant Camp 828, me and my brothers /cousins had a guys escape there for labor day weekend and it was by far the best trip we been a part of in years ( and we take trips 2 or 3 times a year). Within 1500-2000 yards from the water/marina ,Supermarket a few blocks up the road ,and all the amenities inside you can think of . Secluded and had a great natural feel, yet comfy with all the amenities. Did the cliff jumping and explored Sugar loaf (awesome)! The owners were wonderful and helpful in every single way .If you have a large party of folks.... you cannot go wrong with this place. What a beautiful place to explore with plenty to do all around.

These sparkling waters are the perfect playground for fishing, boating, scuba diving, sailing and all kinds of fun in the sun. 'World-Class Fishing' is fact, not hype. We can back it up with three world-record game fish. Greer's Ferry Lake holds world records for Walleye (22 lb 11oz) and Hybrid Striped Bass (27 lb 5 oz).
