What makes this condo unique

5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing! The Pacific Whale foundation is a 10 minute walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! Their is a charming local store called 'Tradewinds' 5 minutes by foot, for local meat, fruits and vegetables, liquor. Their fruit cup is a must!

Peaceful and beautiful!

Myself and four friends stayed here for eight nights and it was the perfect location. The condo was clean, spacious, had comfortable beds, and had beach equipment for us to use. If you have a rental car you can easily drive to many locations in a short amount of time. The condo complex was quiet except for the very noisy birds in the early morning but you can't complain about that!
The property manager, Stephanie was very helpful and always responded to our questions, which made renting this condo enjoyable.
I would rent this condo again and I can't wait to return to Maui!

We had a wonderful time! We didn't know the wind never stops blowing on Maui. Just before 6am the Rooster Bird lets out a loud shrill and you know its time to get up.

Wonderful vacation here on our first trip to Maui!

Aloha!
Thank you for sharing your hale by the sea with us. We had a wonderful vacation here on our first trip to Maui. We took both loops around the island, the road to Hana and the western coastline. We definitely made the right choice renting a jeep! Absolutely amazing scenery on both routes. Andreas also helped us book a helicopter ride over Maui and Molokai. We'll have to come back during whale watching season.

We found this location to be very central!

Aloha,
We had a fabulous honeymoon in Maui! We found this location to be very central and extremely easy to get to all the destinations we wanted to visit on this trip.
We went up to the volcano, unfortunately it was a bit cloudy so we didnt get the best views, but we got a few minutes of the view below. We loved the road to Hana! Thought it was beautiful and we've never gotten to see so many waterfalls along the drive! We stopped and got the banana bread...A MUST! Delicious! Would highly recommend this trip.
Another highlight was the feast at the Luau. The food was amazing and it was the most amazing location for the luau, looking over the ocean and sunset!
We had a goal to purchase our first piece of art together on this trip although with a small budget. Everywhere we went we stopped in a gallery hoping to find the one we'd bring home. It wasnt till the last day of our trip that we stopped into an artists home just before front st. in Lahaina that we found our favorite! He even gave us a smaller painting we both loved as well and threw in some surf lessons for each of us...only on Maui!!! We cant wait until we have another trip back and noticing the 2nd bedroom, this may be a nice place to come back to the next time we visit.

Wonderful ,wonderful ,wonderful

We are used to stay in Wyndham resorts, this is just as nice and really quite, Stephanie is super nice,we are here right now Oct.24-29 2012 we are going to be sad leaving for the big island next, wish I had booked more nights here, for these prices you will not find any better even at twice this price, I would rate this condo and the service of Stephanie a10 rating , happy visitor from Alabama
