You can walk to either beach – or snorkel right from the yard if you are feeling adventurous. The fishermen in your group might want to fish off the lava rocks…just like the “locals”, so feel free to bring your gear.

There are also 2 two-man ocean kayaks & boogie boards to use at your own risk.

You will enter the house thru glass etched doors, pass the indoor waterfall & koi pond to a large great room with ocean blue from every window! This villa features an immaculate kitchen with marble counters and top of the line appliances. Every bedroom is oceanfront. Wake up to “blue” every morning!

The master suite, with cal king bed is large and open. It’s luxurious private bath with oversize Jacuzzi tub even has an ocean view.

A fully equipped office is perfect for keeping in touch with the outside world…but also converts to a 4th sleeping area in the evening. Free long distance to the mainland is included in the price!

Watch the gorgeous sunsets or the spinner dolphins from your lanai. When the sun goes down, sit in the private hot tub & star gaze, or BBQ under light of tiki torches “Hawaiian style”. Kick back and relax in the evening and watch movies on the big screen….there is a 100+ DVD collection for your enjoyment.

Though you are just moments from the shopping and dining options available in Kona, you will feel worlds away.

There is a natural sea tide pool on the water. It is fed by the ocean and may not always be filled with water, as it is dependant on mother nature and the tides. Please use at your own risk.
