Welcome to 'Paradise at the Palms,' a luxury villa located across the street from the ocean. We have a large open floor plan with a huge kitchen that has 2 refrigerators, granite counters, and 7 leather bar stools. In the dining area, there are 2 pub style dining tables, seating 12. Also on the main floor, there are 2 large leather sofas, 2 cozy chairs and a 51 inch HDTV. The large master suite has a 42' flat screen TV, a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Also on this floor there is another king bedroom with a separate full bath. As you move upstairs, we have a large living room with 51 inch HDTV, a multi-game arcade for the young and old to play, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This level has 6 king bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We have Wi-Fi, a pool, a hot tub, and 5 outdoor grills with a picnic table for our guest to use. All eight bedrooms have been re-floored for 2012. There is a large balcony on both levels with seating to enjoy the views and sounds of Myrtle Beach. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE A BRAND NEW 32' FLAT SCREEN TV!!!

PARKING: Parking is on the ground level underneath the building along with the swimming pool and hot tub. The beach access is directly across the street. Unfortunately, our By-Laws do not allow motorcycles or trailers on the premises.

Paradise at the Palms is located in North Myrtle Beach. It is a great location for families as well as golfers. We are close to the park, Krispy Kreme is located at the end of the road, we are close to Main Street with all the local restaurants. Barefoot landing is minutes away offering the House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and many shops and restaurants. We are very close to the Inlets to the Ocean so there is easy access to fishing, boating, jet ski rentals etc. A short walk down to 17th Ave. South offers parasailing and banana boat rides. The area offers many championship golf courses, restaurants, and the Tanger Outlets for shopping. We are close to the Bass Pro Shop and newly remodeled theaters at Colonial Mall.

Eight Canuks on a Golf Buddies trip - Accomodations were absolutely perfect - everyone had their own room to sleep with enough comfortable seating to relax and insult each other.
Plenty of bathrooms and showers, large kitchen with two fridges - one for beer and the other for food.
Lori, the owner was very easy and responsive to work with!
A definite yes for future trips.

All I can say Is wow.... we renewed our vows on the 16th but on the 15th was the girls night and when we arrived it was just so beautiful.. we stayed for a week and we enjoyed every moment. this is our second time staying here. and it want be our last. we so enjoyed working with Loriand can't wait to work with her again...

Best Thankgiving EVER!!!!!

While we were searching for places to stay for our 2012 Thanksgiving holiday, this house was referred to us by a co-worker, at first I was a little skeptical of online house rentals (I was worried about scams). But after speaking with the owner who was very nice, and reassuring we decided to go with this property. Now, my family is very picky so as the coordinator for the family I had to make sure everything was on point. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left at the end of our stay there was nothing negative I can say about this place. My family and I agreed this was one of the best Thanksgivings ever. The house is simply beautiful and watching the sunset and rise on the beach (which is right across the street) was absolutely gorgeous, I didn’t want to leave. And the shopping outlets and the seafood restaurant were wonderful. We are already booking for next year. Thanks again to the owner of this beautiful place we had an awesome time.

Lori, Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed your Summer Home. We had a great time and your condo is wonderful It was clean and up to date.. Your decor is beautiful and you absolutely provide everything a vacationing family needs to make themselves at home. From a fully provisioned kitchen layout, to more than enough space for 15 of us to relax and enjoy the beach. Loved the rocking chairs on the balconies and we made use of all of your beach gear, sand chairs, beach towels, etc. The condo was close to everything that we wanted to see and do and we made several trips to Barefoot Landing which is right down the road. Thanks again. I enjoyed talking with you and highly recommend your property for large groups like ours. Blessings, Linda J.

Perfect Place for a Couples Retreat

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this wonderful vacation spot. When we arrived in Myrtle Beach, we fell in love with this location from the start. The pictures does not do this villa any justice. It is more beautiful in person. It was clean and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The color scheme and the decor was just magnificant. Lori was great throughout our whole planning process. We booked four villas at this location for a couples retreat. Everyone loved their villas, the beds were comfortable and there is alot of space. We had a total of 23 couples attend our first retreat. Everyone was blown away at how gorgeous the villas were, they felt at home instantly. Lori the owner is a doll, she was patient, kind, and very courteous. I can't say enough about Lori and her beautiful villas. I believe we have made a decison to return to this same location for our next couples retreat, which may be next year same time. Lori, I just want to say "Thank You" for everything. I really can't say it enough, this is also a perfect family get away!! Absolutely wonderful!! God Bless you Lori, we pray that your villas are booked to capacity throughout the year!!
