SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE GULF! VERY CLEAN! LOW FLOOR!

There were 4 of us staying in the unit from 4/20/13 to 4/27/13. We had such a great time. The condo is so beautifully decorated and well stocked with the comforts of home. Everything was clean upon arrival. In the condo you'll find a book that Connie has put together that was very helpful. The book has all sorts of ideas and suggestions for places to eat and things to do in Panama City Beach. Since we are not local, this was a big help. We have 2 boys (ages 5 & 4) and they loved sleeping in the hallway bunk beds. The bathrooms in this condo are very large. We also enjoyed the use of the washer and dryer in the unit. The views are amazing. Our boys LOVED the pools. It was a little cold while we were there so having 2 heated pools and a hot tub was very nice. I also loved that the majority of the pools, water park and lazy river are under cover from the sun. It was so nice to let the kids play and not have to worry about major sun exposure. However we did enjoy lots of sun on the beach. We even rented some of the beach chairs on site and that was so enjoyable. Overall it was a great stay and Connie and Dave were a delight to deal with. We had to purchase a battery for the smoke detector while we were there and Connie was quick to reimburse us (even though she didn't have to). I would highly recommend this unit!!!

We had a really great time! The condo is very clean. We usually go to PCB twice a year and, of all the condos that we have stayed in, this is without a doubt the cleanest. We would like to thank Connie and David for such a nice and relaxing trip!

My family and I stayed in Panama City for the first time ever. Renting through Connie and David was easier than any other rental we've done for other vacations. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was FANTASTIC! This was especially important since we did not have great weather during our stay. Being right on the beach gave us the opportunity to quickly leave the beach when storms arrived or go down to the beach after they left. Our 7-year old twins LOVED the pools and water park area. I personally found the the balcony extremely relaxing. Watching the sun set and listening to the waves made the stormy weather bearable. Thanks to Connie and David for quickly returning our security deposit and being in touch every step of the way.
