We love Myrtle Beach! It is the perfect family vacation spot! Come have some fun in the sun on our beautiful sandy beaches and abundant golf courses.

This Resort has a reputation for being one of the most fun-filled family resorts in Myrtle Beach. It provides a perfect setting for a relaxing good times. Lounge around after a full day on the golf course or sightseeing, or grab a tropical drink and head to the beach.

Bask in the warmth of the Myrtle Beach sun around the large oceanfront pool and lazy river while taking in the beauty of our beautiful beach. Enough to make any vacation a perfect one.

This Resort is located in the north part of Myrtle Beach known as the 'Golden Mile'. Condo 1032 is located direct oceanfront on the 10th floor with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the balcony and relax to the comforting sounds of the beautiful sea. It will sleep 4 people with 2 double.

The newly furnished decor of this condo will set the mood for a relaxing beach vacation.

This condo comes equipped with a kitchen which includes a 2 burner ceramic cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and any pots, pans and dinnerware you will need.

Come in from the beach for lunch at River City Cafe (a personal favorite of ours) for some of the best burgers on the beach, located in front of the resort.

We provide linens and towels for your stay. There are laundry facilities within the building if needed. Thank you for your inquiries and we hope to see you visiting our beautiful beach!

We went down for my 34th Birthday Party and had a TOTAL BLAST, Room was clean, open floor plan, awesome view and completely would 100% recommend to anyone that is needing a get-away spot and have some fun in the mean time.

We celebrated my 72nd birthday at the Sand Dunes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was located close to the airport and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the weather. We had 11 people at the condo and had plenty of room. The beds were very comfy. It was very clean and the cooking utensils and dishes were in abundance. Thank you for a great birthday and a great first visit to Myrtle Beach.

This is a terrific condo and resort. The staff was very nice. The resort was clean and very well maintained.

Wonderful Week at The Beach

We had an initial problem with the lockbox but we called Karen and she responded quickly with an alternative to the situation. The condo's view of the ocean was wonderful and the convenience of the 2nd floor was great! The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint that we had was that there needed to be a bit more light around the cooktop and sink area. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful view and the convenience of the second floor. This has to rank as one of our best and most relaxing vacations!
