Welcome to our Belgian Manor ! Apart from lots of sunny days at the pool or in the jacuzzi, it has indeed a lot to offer.

It is situated in a quiet upscale gated community - the Manors at Westridge - along highway 27, just midway between Interstate 4 and highway 192, both at approximately 2 miles. Disney is only about a 20 min drive away, the other amusement parks a little bit more and you can reach either the Gulfcoast West or the Atlantic coast East in about an hour driving. Golf courses are all around, the closest being Highlands Reserve, less than 5 min away.

For your everyday needs there is a nice Publix supermarket at the next crossroads 5 min away and a Walmart at a 15 min drive. For other shopping you have the Posner Park at the US4 entrance and the Premium Outlet mall along this US4 at a 20 min drive.

With its 5 bedrooms our villa itself has plenty of space for a big family or even 2 families traveling toghether.

In the center you have a kitchen with all the necessary appliances - cooking range, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Coffeemaker, toaster or blender, you will find everything to prepare a nice meal. There is a formal dining room and a breakfast nook and 2 separate sitting rooms with a TV and DVDplayer, both giving direct access to the pooldeck. The sliding doors have an alarm in case you have a family with small children. The floor of this living area is completely tiled and adds to keep it cool. Of course the house is fully airconditioned, also in the 5 bedrooms. We have the ensuite master bedroom with garden tub and shower and dressing and access to the pool and then 2 times 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom each. There is a double bedroom with opposite a Mickey themed room with bunkbed for 3 and on the other side of the sitting room a bedroom with queen bed and another one with 2 single beds for TinkerBell fans.

The bathroom these two share also has access to the pooldeck.

And then of course you have the pool and the jacuzzi and the big lanai, where plenty of outdoor furniture is provided to have a nice lunch or dinner or where you can relax all day in the shade in case you get tired of sunbathing ! The pooldeck is facing South/Southwest which promises you a full day of sun. It is not overlooked and facing a retention basin, offering the nicest sunsets...

Wonderful Florida Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation villa so much we didn't want to leave! The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and well laid out! We went with our 20 month son, and 2 other couples and everyone had an enjoyable time, we had plenty of space and no one felt like we are on top of each other! The pool and pool deck were amazing! We spent almost all our time out there! The covered lanai was perfect for when the sun was hot and great when it rained. We ate all our meals out there and again had plenty of space. The house was also close to all the Disney has to offer, and loads of shopping.
We would go back to this house in a heartbeat, next time we will plan to stay a little longer.

Fun Family Florida Vacation

The Villa is beautiful. Everything is clean and decorated nicely. We weren't able to enjoy the pool/hot tub as much as we'd have liked due to the cold but the manager was very nice and helpful in trying to warm them up for us. The spacious property was great for seven of us - we were able to spread out as much as we were able to spend time together eating or playing cards. The trip to Disney wasn't far at all and we even managed a trip to each coast during our stay. I would recommend this property to others. It was in a nicely maintained neighborhood and the gated community felt safe. If we make it to Florida again, we'd try to get this property again. The owners and managers were easy to work with, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful Villa in Davenport

My wife and I have stayed here during Jan. Feb. Mar. & Apr and have enjoyed the villa very much. Our adult children join us for a short time in March or April. The neighborhood is quiet, gated and well maintained. The Villa is perfectly located for day tripping to all near by venues including Plant City for the Strawberry Festival, Webster for one of the best flea markets around and also Auburndale which is a little smaller flea market but with many bargains. We look forward every year to a relaxing and enjoyable winter away from the snow.
