Walking distance to restaurants, beach, breakfast spots and more. This is a great location as you can go to the store, beach, ice cream shop within 1/2 mile walk.

It is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This is a quiet dead end street on the river side with two decks which provides great breezes and sunsets.

horrible experience

This place is dirty, and it is NOT a quiet dead end street. The apartment is damaged, which the pictures do not show. It also smells of dog urine. I had to leave the property after one night because I was so unhappy with the situation. I wish I had read a real review of this rental before I agreed. Buyer Beware!!! I would not recommend this place.
Owner's Response: This person stayed at my unit for two days and then decided to leave because children next door were being children and running around the neighborhood. Once I was informed that the children were being too loud, I talked to the Grandmother next door and things quieted down. The house is on a quiet dead end street and because it was Memorial Day weekend, there was more activity than usual. This disgruntled tenant is trying to deface me putting false content on the site because I took her to court for non payment of rent and the court ruled in favor of me in full ordering her to pay for the weekend. The pictures are correct and I have many testimonials from former tenants that loved the place and the location.

This was an awesome deal for us. Plenty of room, parking, and close to the beautiful beach. Only 10 minutes to all shopping needs. Owners very accommodating and most pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this home to friends and family, and hope to one day stay here again. S. Moore

Very pleasant and confortable stay

I was very impress by the quality and the condition of the place. It was exactly as described and the pictures are really representative of the reality. It was very spacious, clean and the furniture was confortable and in very good condition. The place is easily accessible and close to everything (beach, restaurant, shops, etc). It is also safe for the children because it's at the end of a Lane. I was impress by the kindness and accesibility of the owners. Our stay was booked at last minute and the process was quick and easy even if we are from Canada. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to pass a good time with friends or family. THUMBS UP!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This place was really nice and very convenient to the ocean. There is a very nice view of the river and estuary and I really enjoyed watching the tide rise and fall there. The unit itself is nice with a good sized kitchen and eating area, and the back porch is very nice and overlooks the river. There is one smallish bathroom that works out just fine. The bedrooms are plenty big and appointed nicely and there is fair sized living room as well. My only nit pick is that the outside could use a little landscaping to spruce it up a bit.
