Montana Retreat: The Montana Retreat is a new home built into one of Bozeman’s newest subdivisions, Loyal Gardens. It’s a cozy home of 1500 square feet with all the amenities you could need. You will have picturesque views of the surrounding mountain peaks. All of the area sights and downtown are within 5 miles.Bozeman is a mecca for outdoor activities. You’re just a few blocks from our wonderful trails system for biking and walking. Mountain hiking and whitewater rafting are nearby. There’s fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and more. The home is about an hour and a half scenic drive from Yellowstone’s entrances at Gardiner and West Yellowstone.

Amenities: The homes bedrooms consist of a Master Bedroom with an adjoining Master Bath. This room has a pillow top king size bed in it and a large walk in closet. You will see views of the mountain peaks out the large window. The large bathroom has a walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed with closet. The third bedroom is what we call the loft room. There is a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle in this room. There is a large window in this room to let in lots of sunshine. Up the ladder is a fun loft that has 2 bean bag chairs and a tv with an xbox. It is a perfect hide out for the kids or a mom or dad that wants some quiet time.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are one large room. You’ll enjoy comfortable seating, a large coffee table and gas fireplace. The living room has a TV with DVD player, cable service and an apple tv. There is 6 speakers throughout the house. There’s also a supply of board games and books.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a microwave, a full wine refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, mixer and very nice serving pieces.

The dining area has a window that looks out to the back yard with mountain views. The dining table will seat six comfortably and there is a small round table for four on the rock patio.

There is a large 8 person hot tub on the patio perfect for watching sunsets and soaking sore muscles.

Bozeman is a city in Gallatin County, Montanain the southwestern part of the state. Bozeman's population at 37 thous and making it the fourth largest city in the state. Bozeman is home to Montana State University - Bozeman. The city is served by Gallatin Field Airport.The Museum of the Rockies is a part of Montana State University and an affiliate institution of the Smithsonian. It is Montana's premier natural and cultural history museum and houses permanent exhibits on dinosaurs, geology and Montana history, as well as a planetarium and a living history farm.

Bozeman receives a steady influx of new residents and visitors in part due to its plentiful recreational activities such as fly fishing,hiking, whitewater kayaking, and mountain climbing. This is an exceptionally lovely home! We were here from out of state for our son's graduation from MSU. My family graciously considers me a gourmet cook and there was everything I could possibly need to make our stay perfect! The house is immaculately clean and has a spectacular view. The linens were high-end and the view is terrific. It was exactly what we wanted for family entertaining and then some. I truly hope we can stay here again!!!

Lovely family friendly home

We enjoyed this lovely family friendly home and settled in right away. The children loved the loft above the bedroom and the hot tub. All the little extras in the house were there and we only had to bring groceries. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the rural views.

We have returned to Chicago and already miss the mountains of Montana. The views from the Hot Tub were terrific and we put it to good use. We have found that the listings on VRBO are very accurate and this rental fully met our expectations Thank you for allowing us to spend Sept at your place.......it was perfect. Dee was extremely helpful and kept us informed as to everything that was expected. The next time we visit Montana, your rental will be at the top of out list to stay.

We just finished a great week in Bozeman, and a large part of it was the beautiful house of yours. It was perfect! So much better than a hotel room. There was not a single thing I was disappointed in. I will stay there again in the future and I recommend this home to any and all who visit Bozeman.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights while we were visting Yellowstone and the surrounding area. This house was perfect! Everything that we needed was there and more. The kids had a blast with the loft area and xbox (Ages 13, 11, and 6) and the adults enjoyed the wine and some down time. Everything was clean and comfortable. We have never rented a vacation rental before, but this was so easy. I was able to set up the rental through emails and the owner was excellent to deal with. Noone wanted to go home. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. We will definitely stay here again. We have already raved to our family and friends about it. Tons of places to visit. Beautiful home and beautiful views. Thank you so much:)
