Whether you want to relax or have an adventure, you can find it all here in your fully furnished 1st floor condo in Gulfview II. This complex is just steps across the street from the deeded private beach! Gulfview II has two pools (one heated) and a hot tub. Your unit is adjacent to the heated pool with hot tub and the BBQ area is right outside your door!

Inside you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and cable TV. There are bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has cable TV, a dining table for 4, and bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom can be accessed from either the kitchen or the bedroom. FREE WIFI

It's easy to relax on the sugar white sands overlooking the emerald water or in the pool and hot tub just outside your door. If you are feeling more adventurous, there are numerous activities in the area to enjoy

There is a five mile walking/jogging/biking trail just outside the complex. Two shopping malls, Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet are within 2 miles as well as major grocery stores. Golf, water parks, tours and every water sport you can think of is within five miles. When your feeling hungry, options are also plentiful. You can cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ right outside your door, walk to one of three restaurants, or take a short drive to dozens of other dining options.

    Reservation Deposit: $200.00 via credit card or paypal will be required at time of booking to hold dates. This will be applied to the final balance due.

    Full Payment: Full payment is due via credit card or paypal 45 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is inside of 45 days, full payment is due at time of booking.

    Cancellations: Outside of 60 days, reservation deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee. Inside of 60 days, reservation deposit will be forfeited.

    Weather: No refunds will be issued due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered.

Perfect Getaway!!

My husband and I stayed here on our Honeymoon in July. The owner responded extremely fast when we emailed her and was super easy to work with! The condo looked just like the pictures and was the cleanest condo I have stayed in! We will definitely be back!! In fact, we are going to rent it next summer for a vacation with our friends!!

Great stay over long weekend

The unit was exactly as depicted in photos. The location is excellent. The unit was immaculately clean and was stocked with everything I needed. The grounds of the property were clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was great since the temperature did dive a little while I was there. But overall, it was an very good experience and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay right across the street from the worlds most beautiful beaches.

Condo was in a perfect location! My family of 4 had plenty of room, the kids loved the bunk beds. I would rent this condo again without hesitation! Sorry about the mix up Tammy on the check out, and thanks for working with us to allow extra time to get our things together!! We had a fabulous vacation.!!!

very nice place to stay

This was a very pleasant getaway for us. The accommodations were just what we needed.
The unit was very clean and maintained, a very short walk to the beach, easy access to anything in the area. The customer service of the owner was great. With great pleasure, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Our favorite restaurants
are Bubba Gumps, The Crab Trap, and Gilligan's

Pleasant stay

This condo is located in perfect position. The beach is just a street away. Shops are within 10min drive. The owner Tammy was so nice and responded immediately!

We arrived after midnight but the condo was not ready for check-in. I called Tammy and she even answered that late night. She did everything she could do: the cleaning lady came the next morning around 10:00. Except that miscommunication, everything was good. My kids liked the bunker bed and the beach was fantastic.

I am glad you had such a good time. I was also quiet suprised when you called having arrived at 1:00 am since check in is at 3:00 pm, but we were able to work around that and get you on your way. I love the location of my condo because it is so close to the beach and shops. I am glad yoru daughters elementary graduation vacation turned out to be a hit.
