Self Catering 2-3 person spacious apartment in stunning location.

The apartment has a sea view and a private sun terrace with BBQ and exclusive off road car parking for the guests' car. (Car is essential) There is a beautiful community pool (security key access) only a 2 minute walk away. Sun beds and patio furniture are all provided for the sun terrace. The apartment sleeps 2 in a very spacious bedroom (Vispring King Size Bed) and additionally has a double sofa bed in the large living area. Bed linen & towels are provided.

There are restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, banks and fantastic beaches all within a short drive of the apartment. (A bar and restaurant is a short walk away). Cumbre del Sol is a select residential area that additionally offers tennis, horse riding, and Spanish boulle (called Petanca). There is also a nature park adjacent to the area that offers good walking routes. The nearest beach is only a 3 minute drive away (Playa Moraig), with other EEC blue flag beaches nearby.

A PERFECT HOLIDAY HOME

Andy & Tanya greeted us when we arrived, which was lovely, you certainly don't get a personal greeting like that in any hotel. Straight away we knew we had found a perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday right down to chairs to take to the beach along with an umbrella and beach towels, no small detail is overlooked.

The area is very beautiful and scenic and if you are looking to get fit you certainly can as the surrounding area is rather hilly but very stunning, where ever you go there is either amazing views of the sea and coastline or stunning views of the mountains and the sunrises are not to be missed you can see them from the living room and the colours are spectacular.

Andy and Tanya may have started off as our hosts but were firm friends when we left and we look forward to seeing them again soon.

We can't thank them enough for making our holiday so special.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN EXCELLENT LOCATION!

we stayed in this gorgeous apartment at the end of August, Andy and Tanya couldn't have been more helpful with information on location, walks and restaurants, as well as welcoming us warmly to their spotless, well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area, the pool was idyllic and we usually had it to ourselves, The local beach is good for swimming, lovely sunrises, good cafe...(get yourself some rubber swimming shoes for the pebble beach) The bed was most comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped - it was all in all a perfect restful holiday and highly recommended!

HOLIDAY AT CUMBRE DEL SOL

We stayed at Andy & Tanya's apartment at Cumbre del Sol and can honestly say it was the cleanest & prettiest apartment we have stayed in. The apartment had everything we could possibly have wanted as well as things we didn't expect (barbeque, beach equipment).
It was in a very quiet and peaceful area, just what we wanted on holiday.
Andy & Tanya were perfect hosts and felt more like friends by the time we left. They have lived above the apartment for several years (recommendation of the location in itself!) and so know everything about the area that you may want to ask.
There are many towns and beaches within a short drive, Moraira being our favourite, with a plethora of restaurants to choose from.
We would certainly recommend Andy & Tanya's apartment to family & friends and would like to thank them again for a fabulous week.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED / FANTASTIC VALUE

This apartment is fantastic value! We had the good fortune to stay for a week during May 2013. The apartment was exactly as described on the website and was impeccably clean and well presented. Andy and Tanya would have to the best hosts we have encountered during our over 10 years of experience using this website to book our holiday accomodation. They were very friendly and helpful and if you want any information then Andy is your man! (He's also a pretty good Karaoke exponent and a trip to Harry's Bar to hear him perform is well worth the time!).
The apartment is a great base to explore the Costa Blanca and there are a number of towns and attractions within 30-45 minutes drive, with Valencia also being accessible by train within about an hour. We particuarly enjoyed Moraia with it's cafes, restaurants and bars (only 10 minutes away) and the beachfront at Javea is great too. While we were there they were putting the finishing touches to a cafe / bar on the beach at Playa Moraig (the local beach) and it looked like it will be a great spot for a drink and a bite to eat.
Make sure you take the time to have a long lunch (they don't do dinner) at Restaurante Verd i Vent which is located in the hills above Jalon. A little bit hard to find but certainly worth the effort and it would have to be the best 20 euro meal we had in Spain! We can also recommend Restaurante La Cumbre which has a fantastic view, Resataurante Alcazar which is on the way up the hill and Cap D'Or in Moraia.

A GREAT HOLIDAY (AGAIN!)

We came here two years ago, - see review, - and promised to come back as it was so good. So we did exactly as we said and had another great holiday.

A lovely apartment in a great location and excellent hosts. Everything you could want whether you want to chillax and get a proper tan or want to get out and about and explore the local area. No shortage of things to do or places to see, but the highlights this time were a trip to Valencia on the train, where we went to the Aquarium, definitely worth the trip, and a visit to Altea. Don't be put off by the drab modern bit where the main road goes through, the old town is beautiful and well worth the walk up the hill.

The apartment has everything you'll need, it even has a BBQ and an umbrella for the beach, and is clean and well maintained. Andy and Tanya are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble.
So if you're looking for great value and a brilliant holiday, you won't be disappointed if you stay here. 5 Stars in our book :-)

Locally there are 3 Golf Courses, Horse Riding, Tennis, Diving and Walking in the nearby National Park Area.

The towns of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, and Denia are within easy reach.

The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Animal Park and Aqualandia Water Park are only 30 - 40 minutes away.

This part of the Costa Blanca has a lot to offer everyone and an information book is supplied in the apartment to help you plan your days out.

The apartment lies midway between Alicante Airport & Valencia Airport which are 1 hour away.
