The main entrance hallway, with wooden floors, leads through into the Living Room and the Study and the bright and comfortable living/dining room has wooden floors with fireplaces, and French windows looking out over the balcony to the street below. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with integrated filtered water and ice maker. There is also a small breakfast table for 4 people.
The Master Bedroom faces to the street and has a King size 4 poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with WC, twin basins and shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds with can be zipped together to form a double bed. The room faces the internal courtyard and has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, and basin. There is also a separate WC.
The Study/TV room boasts a 42” Plasma TV with Cable channels and DVD and Blu-ray player, and an I-Pod docking station with surround sound. There is a PC, with broadband internet and a printer/scanner. There is also a Sofa-Bed which folds down into a double bed which could accommodate up to 2 children.
