Terrific week in Denver!

We had a wonderful time in Brent's house. The neighborhood was perfect and the house was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our 21 year old son as well as for entertaining our daughter and her husband in the evenings (who live nearby). Well appointed and toasty warm! Brent was great at accommodating our arrival and departure times as well as all our other needs. We'll definitely be back!

A Great little place

Had the opportunity to stay while dropping my son off at The University of Denver. Our family of 5 was too big for a hotel room so this home was the perfect opportunity for us. So very well equipped and appointed. Conveniently located with easy access to everything downtown Denver has to offer. My kids were extra thankful for the candy snacks awaiting them upon arrival. Thanks for a great home.

My husband and I flew to Denver to visit family who live in the Berkeley/Highlands neighborhood. We had read the reviews of the Zenobia residence and were pleased to discover that the home was true to its description. My husband walked to the Sunflower Market each morning to get the newspaper. We took advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby - Lou's Food Bar, Duo, The Coral Room and Root Down. We had the best breakfast by far at DJs Berkeley Cafe on Tennyson. Thank you Brent for providing such a well designed, comfortable living space. The only thing we could have used was a reading light over the bed.

Great little place!!!

I really loved this little place!! There were three of us, my husband, myself and adult daughter. We all agreed it was far better than staying in a hotel(or with family).The location was perfect for us. One family member lives about a mile away and the rest in Broomfield. The only thing that would have improved the visit would have been an alarm clock in the bedroom. Not a big deal with cell phones, but I am used to the glow of an alarm clock. The local restaurants were very good Coral Room?? Sunflower market was within walking distance. The house was very clean and well maintained. My sister in law gets out of town guests fairly often and was very impressed with this place and will recommend this property. We will definetly keep this place in mind for our next trip.
