Tremendous amount of living space in this five bedroom home! The 2,500 square foot addition added a second living room with fireplace and a den to complement the existing rustic great room/kitchen. It has a pool table and a hot tub. Across the street from the beach on Deer Trail lake. Walking distance to indoor community center.

Situated on a large corner lot across from the entrance to Deer Trail Lake. Located within 2 hours driving time of Philadelphia, North Jersey, and New York, Lake Naomi is easily accessible any season of the year. The short drive facilitates and encourages weekend use. It is also in the heart of the closest ski country to these metropolitan areas. Certainly the main attraction is Lake Naomi itself. Over 40 years in the making, Lake Naomi is now recognized as one of the leading vacation communities in the country, and is listed in ' The 99 Best Residential & Recreational Communities in America' by Giese, Thorton and Kinnaman. Lake Naomi has wonderful amenities and during the summer they charges $265 for the week for use of their amenities for two adults and their dependents. Afterwhich you can have guest for $5/day or $35/week. It is $200 if you are just staying for the weekend. The ameities are optional.

Just want to say that my family and I had a wonderful time at your home. We spent most of our time in the large living area which was so convenient to the kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub very much that if it were during christmas we would have decorated that little charlie brown christmas tree next to the tub.The house was spacious and comfortable. No one got in each others way. We definitely would like to come back. Again thanks so much and have a wonderful holiday-

Took my senior citizens parents up for the weekend and we had a great time. The house is very private and it was a nice weekend. I love the family room it is spacious and comfortable.
