THE CONDO: An elevator provides easy access to the 3rd-floor open concept condo with up-to-date decor and comfortable furnishings.. You are welcomed with a 'million-dollar-view' when you enter your spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home. Table Rock Lake's main channel is seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony. The luxurious bedrooms have king beds and HDTVs with cable and also free Wi-Fi and free USA telephone calls 24/7. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite tile counters, and a serving counter with 3 swivel bar stools; the dining area seats six--everyone has a view of the lake while dining; and the queen fold-down sofa in the living room has a thick 7-inch mattress. The balcony is furnished with table and 4 chairs. The condo is centrally heated and cooled. Ceiling fans provide additional comfort in both bedrooms, the living room and on the outdoor balcony. All bedding, bath, kitchen linens, paper products and soaps are provided. High-end Bosch front loading washer and dryer are also here for your use. A Culligan water softener provides an extra luxury.

KITCHEN and DINING AREA

The attractive modern KITCHEN has new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals without leaving the condo - you bring the food. For your convenience, a few basic supplies include starter coffee, salt, pepper and basic spices. The kitchen is completely outfitted with utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and kitchen linens. Large appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with built-in icemaker and filtered water dispenser, full size electric range and oven, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and a microwave. Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, crock pot, hand-held electric mixer, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. The kitchen counters are granite tile and the convenient service counter has 3 bar stools. The pleasant DINING AREA seats 6 and the windows on three sides provide views of the lake for everyone.

THE BALCONY

Step out onto the balcony from the living room --The View is awesome from here...nothing between you and the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake...breath in that Ozark Mountain Fresh Air available year-round ! The balcony has a table and 4 chairs, overhead ceiling fan for warm months, and an enclosed storage closet.

LIVING ROOM

In the LIVING ROOM enjoy the 42 in. HDTV with DVD player. You have free Cable TV, Wi-Fi connection, internet access, telephone with free long distance 24/7 anywhere in the USA, and a portable CD player/radio. The Sleeper Sofa has a luxurious 7-in. Kingsdown queen size mattress which assures that all guests will sleep comfortably. You will find a selection of games, books and magazines available for your leisure hours.

MASTER BEDROOM

The MASTER suite has a luxurious comfortable King bed, 32 in. HDTV with cable, big walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, large walk-in shower, double sinks, and hairdryer. A large chest of drawers provides lots of storage, end tables have reading lamps and a radio/alarm clock. All bedding and bath linens are provided.

SECOND BEDROOM

The SECOND BEDROOM also has a luxury King bed, a private entry into the second bathroom, 32 in. HDTV with cable, a spacious closet, end tables with lamps and a radio/alarm clock, and chest of drawers.
