In the heart of downtown L.A., you will be located at walking distance from the Ralph Fresh Fare, Rite Aid, Staples Center, Fashion District, L.A. Live, and nice bars & restaurants such as Spring St. Bar, The Coffee Bar, Pete’s Cafe, Seven Grand, Edison Bar, WP24, Rivera, etc.
Sebastian's space is very cool and perfect for anyone needing a modern space downtown. He is a great communicator and key pick-up / coordination was verty straightforward. The apartment is quite spacious with open plan design. The outdoor deck/patio is great for morning coffee or chilling out at night. The location seems to be "on the turn" with a mixture of hipsters and homeless people. We always felt safe in the area and there are great restaurants and cafes nearby however I would be a little hesitant to take my kids or stray too far away from downtown as the area further away from 7th / Spring seems a bit sketchy (similar to Tenderloin in SF, parts of the East Village, etc). Overall, I 100% recommend Sebastian's space - it was very clean, had great amenities...he had me within the first 5 mins when I opened the fridge and found a complimentary six-pack of cold ones...sweet!
We loved staying in this gorgeous and comfortable loft with a stunning outdoor patio in a recently restored beautiful 1911 building in ideal location (Spring and 7th) in downtown Los Angeles. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner/drinks/tea on the patio (truly an urban oasis) and being able to walk to everything (cafes, bars, restaurants, art galleries, farmers markets, fashion district, flower market, MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, subway, etc.). In addition, our dealings with the owner were delightful. We’d stay here again.

That loft is very well placed in LA. It has it's own patio which is really nice if you want to stay outside. Also has a nice roof view, and we did walk to most of the cool places around.
I stayed with my husband in this true New-york feeling loft, beautifully decorated, lots of light, great outdoor terrace, perfect downtown location, and super quiet !!
It felt like an oversized hotel suite , at a great rate.
I would recommend it without hesitation.
This was my second visit to LA but I'd never ventured Downtown before and this apartment was the perfect setting for my stay.
The apartment itself is beautiful - stylishly decorated with a chic but relaxed and cool New York vibe. Light, spacious and spotlessly clean with every amenity a visitor could possibly need - including a BBQ!
The amazing terrace really made it for me. Evening drinks and alfresco dinners against a backdrop of the city lights, in the privacy of your own home, was perfect.
Plus, the beautiful bathroom and endless closet space really made the place feel like home even though I was there only a few days.
We were also in the ideal location for fantastic bars and restaurants with some really great breakfast spots just down the road.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting LA for the first or fiftieth time. The owners clearly know how to live a spectacular LA life.
I have to be in LA regularly for business for long stretches and after getting bored of hotels, I decided to try an apartment instead. I was really pleased with my choice! This is a fantastic little gem in the middle of Downtown LA, really cool design and feels very much like a home away from home. The owners obviously take a great deal of care and it's fully equipped with everything you need. It's so nice to have the option to cook too and not have to eat out every night, especially when you are traveling. The BBQ is a major plus! There's a lot of brilliant bars and restaurants in walking distance though if you don't want staying in. Spring Street bar round the corner is fab. Downside is you have to make your own bed and can't call room service etc, but for the price and size, it's a very cool space and I'll definitely stay again.
