The property consist of two houses rented only together as a single unit and hosting up to 14 people for a unique and untypical Vacation. One house has 2 and the other 4 en suite bedrooms. As a special feature you will find a fully stocked wine cellar where you can try the best local wines and other products. Outside there is a 50m2 infinity pool, a carefully tended garden, outdoor dining area and kitchen with barbecue. The property has been lovingly restored and decorated with a lot of character. A breathe-taking view, which spreads from the hillside of the Mirna river valley over to the surrounding landscape, makes staying in Bazjaki an unforgettable experience.

Notes

  • The weekly price includes: 7 night accommodation, final cleaning (and mid stay if it is two or more weeks), laundry (once per week linen and towels), pool maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, villa mobile phone – a direct link to us for assistance and troubleshooting, wifi broadband internet access, firewood, meet and greet with a welcome basket of local products.
  • A 30% contractual down payment is required on booking. The rest is to be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid cash on arrival. There's also a breakage security deposit of 400 Euro which is to be returned on departure after inspection.
