Our lodge is designed to offer the ultimate luxury holiday destination whether for a romantic break of a holiday with the family.
The lodge sleeps from one to six persons in three spacious bedrooms, and has two bathrooms – one with bath and shower and one with shower only. It has large lounge with comfy modular sofa and footstools, a dining area with seating for six and oak topped table and a fully fitted, well equipped modern kitchen. Our lodge has toasty electric heating throughout and each radiator can be independently controlled.
Holidays at Birchbrae include all electricity, heating, WiFi internet access, linen and towels plus the use of nearby leisure & golfing facilities.
The lodge is non-smoking, however, the lodge has an outdoor covered verandah where smoking is permitted and where you can relax in the peaceful setting whilst watching out for our native wildlife – regular sightings include squirrels, rabbits and the occasional roe deer!
We welcome dogs for a extra small charge.
Bookings should be made on www.birchbrae.com or directly with the owner on 01855 819115
Just returned from a 2 night break at Birchbrae and wishing we were still there!
The lodge was wonderful, lovely decoration inside, everything you need while away, a real home from home. The location is peaceful, perfect for a quiet break away from it all.
It is not always easy to find self-catering accommodation that has wheelchair access and allows dogs but Birchbrae ticked all our boxes and it is definitely on our list of places to return to.
John was very helpful when before our arrival I was texting him to ask about the weather, the road conditions etc.
Stayed January 2012, travelled as a couple
