GREAT SKI WKS LAST MINUTE MAR, APRIL -SUMMER TOO

This property is exactly as described. My kids absolutely loved the guest room, which has bunks and is decorated in a bear/moose theme. With the blinds and curtains, one can make that room rather dark which was great for my 3 and 6 year old to nap. While the kitchen is small, it is put together well such that it doesn't feel tight. The breakfast bar was great for serving the kids from the kitchen too. It's clear that the owners have spent some money upgrading areas downstairs as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed the view of the mountain, both from the patio and the upstairs master loft. Sitting outside during the summer evening and sharing a glass of wine was just what we needed. The master loft and its bed was very comfortable and spacious. While the master bath is not spacious, its workable by taking turns with my wife.

The only downside we could see in the layout is that there no drapes or blinds on the second story windows, so napping in the loft is made a little difficult. That being said, if there were blinds, it would eliminate the beautiful view of the mountain when we woke up. I'm not sure what I would do if I were the owner. View or ability to make it dark - tough decision and certainly a personal preference.

Access to the condo clubhouse was a tremendous benefit. There is a really nice size indoor pool and hot-tub, with changing rooms. While we didn't use them, there were 3 large outdoor hot-tubs and some sauna's as well. It looked like there was a gym available too, but I heard that from someone passing by and did not see it myself.

Location was perfect, with a nice 5 minute walk to main street. It's central location to Vail, Breck, Dillon/Silverthorne and even access to middle Colorado for raffting was very helpful.

We really enjoyed the space, view and location and would recommend it to friends. The condo owners were easy to deal with through email. I would certainly stay here again!
