Overlooking the garden and pool is this fully furnished self catering townhouse. The property has been well maintained and offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms a modern open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a large electric stove, microwave, full sized fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee percolator, kettle and all other necessary utensils. There is a spacious dining area and comfortable living area with cable TV. The master bathroom is en-suite and the 2nd bathroom has a shower stall. The pool deck is enclosed and is well equipped with loungers, table, chairs and umbrellas. Rockley is situated amongst 70 acres of well landscaped grounds. The lush gardens are highlighted by the 9 hole (18 tee) par 35 golf course. Located on site are a professionally staffed pro shop, bar and restaurant, 4 Tennis courts, a spa and a Taxi rank. The apartment is perfect for a self-catering vacation in the beautiful Caribbean.

Just 10 minutes walk from Rockley are all amenities that the popular south coast offers such as perfect white sandy beaches a large fully stocked super market with fresh and frozen produce (who provide a free shuttle service back to your apartment), an International Bank, Post office, 24hr Petrol station which also has a food shop inside, beauty salons and duty free shops. The famous St Lawrence Gap, offering vibrant nightlife and entertainment in its many bars and restaurants, is also walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The most popular beach is Accra which is a mere 15 minute walk away and it offers crystal clear water teeming with tropical fish, soft white sand, water sport activities, beach chairs and umbrellas, bars and food stalls.
