Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Accommodation prices include bed linen, bathroom towels.
  Payment Conditions:
  50% Deposit payment to secure booking, by bank transfer in euros - rest on arrival.
  We can also accept deposit payments via Pay Pal - There is a 3.5 % fee for receiving payments.
  Security deposit - 200€, refundable in case of no damages.
  Final clean is extra and is payable locally - 45€.
  We can provide additional cleaning on a daily basis at a charge of 11€/h.
  In winter extra charge on heating system.

• CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or €100, whichever is greater is applied.
  Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or €100, whichever is greater is applied..
  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, reimbursement is discretionary depending on whether the property is re-let, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
  Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
