It offers all you need for relaxing days, the garden is well maintained all year around and it is always a pleasure to relax in such a pleasant place, it is never crowded, two swimming pools, children and adults, tennis court and 24 hour security at the gate, luxury condominium, very close to the sea, 5 min away from a nice walking pavment on the coastline, 20 min walking distance from Cascais center.
Well served by public transport, the 'BusCas' is regular throughout the day to the centre of Cascais train station there is a regular bus service to Guincho beach 405, Sintra 403..
During the summer months, a series of events take place in Estoril and the picturesque town of Cascais such as the Craft Fair, the Festival of the Sea and many other popular festivities on the streets in Cascais center with alive music and international classical concerts jazz and popular Music Festivals.
Sintra, a village you can not forget to visit and its 14th Century Royal Palace, “The Palácio Nacional da Pena” one of the main royal family residencies during the 19th century and it remembers to a fairy tale castle.

For Nightlife the developed Docks area is a must plus places like Bairro Alto where are countless little restaurants in the Bairro Alto district and very reasonably priced and Alfama for the famous “fado”.
