4 Bedroom Luxury House Sleeps 2-8 With Out Door Hot Tub And Exercise Pool

Olliver Acre Is A Luxury 3 storey, Detached House and Exercise Pool sleeps 2-8 with all modern furniture and amenities. It has a private garden with a outdoor hot tub and an outdoor spa/exercise pool. There is a spacious kitchen, living room with separate dining area and W/C on the ground floor. The living room/lounge is a fantastic place for adults and children to relax, which includes satellite TV and a selection DVDs to watch. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8. The main bedroom on the first floor has a TV, super king size bed and shower /toilet on suite. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor have king size beds and one includes a TV. There is a separate bathroom/shower with toilet on this floor. On the first floor together with the main bedroom there is a gallery room over looking the living room/lounge with a pull out double sofa bed with TV.

The garden with out door pools provides a fun and entertaining place for a barbecue or just for simply relaxing.

49 Olliver acre is a modern luxury 3 storey, detached house 5 minutes drive to littlehampton's blue flag bathing beach, pier and promenade. The house is a 5 minute drive to Littlehampton town centre and 15 minute drive to the town of Arundel, with its castle and stunning cathedral. The cultural town of Chichester and Bognor Regis are also close by. It is only a 20 minute drive to Wothing and 40 minute drive to Brighton where there is plenty to explore..

The nearest airports are London Gatwick and Southhampton both about an hour away. London Heathrow is about a 2 hour drive. The travel time to London by car is about 1 and a half and about 2hours by train.

Goodwood: Approx 20 min drive to Glorious Goodwood, world renowned for its horse racing, Festival of Speed and other such entertainments.

Notes

  • Booking notes:
    Phone or email us to make a booking. A nonrefundable 20%y deposit is required at the time of booking . The balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. Payment is by bank transfer and accepted in £ -pounds. A security deposit of GBP150.00 is required on arrival and will be returned within a week of the property being left clean and in good order. An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your booking. Prices are for 2-8 people.

    Family Occupation:
    The Accommodation shall be for family use only, not for youth groups or other groups or student parties.
    The Agreement is personal to the Visitor.
    The Visitor must not use the Accommodation except for the purpose of a holiday by the Visitor and the Visitor’s party during the holiday period, and not for any other purpose or longer period.
    The maximum occupancy of the Accommodation may not be exceeded.
  • When your booking is confirmed and the bank transfer has been receieved by us, we will organize a meet and greet at the property on the days of arrival and departure .

    The approximate check in time is not before 1500 local time on the day of arrival.
    Check out is no later than 1000 local time on the day of arrival.

    Weekend rates are subject to availability
    GBP300.00 for a 1 night only stay.
    GBP450.00 for a weekend check in Friday - check out Sunday and GBP150.00 per night for additional nights.

Notes: Olliver Acre is furnished at a very high standard.Fully carpeted ,except for the bathrooms,toilets and kitchen.There are leather sofas,luxury king size beds,oak dining and outdoor garden furniture consisting of 4 garden chairs ,4 loungers and 4 occasional folding chairs. Note the pools are easily accessible and therefore ALL children and non swimmers must be supervised at all times when in the garden.

What a fab place to stay!

We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a warm welcome by the owners Nikki and David. They gladly showed us around the house and the key features including the Jacuzzi and the Exercise pool in the back garden which we enjoyed very much.

The property was a very comfortable and well maintained 3 storey house and a lot of thought had gone into the furnishings and the little extra touches i.e a bottle of red/white wine on arrival, bowl of fruit, chocolates and some basic provisions for breakfast.

We were provided with some useful information about good places to eat and where to visit in the form of a Folder and verbally by the owners.

We would highly recommend this property and enjoyed our short stay immensely.

Luxury and lovely.

Stayed here for a week with our 12 yr old son and 10 yr old daughter. This house has everything you could need and more. The owners David and Nikki could not be more helpful and thoughtful with the little touches providing an extensive welcome pack and full access to everything in their holiday home including all linen, cleaning materials and some groceries.
The pool and jacuzzi are a very welcome addition to this house and our children needed lots of persuading to get out so that we could explore the local area, which is itself beautiful and full of things to do. Try The Fish Factory in Littlehampton, the hospitality is second to none as is the food.
Very nice house to come home to every night and with massive comfy beds a good nights sleep was had by all.
We would certainly stay here again and have recommended it to our friends.
