Luxurious one bedroom flat

Beautifully decorated ground floor flat in fantastic period 1905 building. The flat faces an absolute quiet and charming courtyard. No car noise. The 80sqm flat is furnished with antiques furniture throughout and boasts original decorations and stuccos on the walls, a natural and period wooden floor. Separate toilet room, bathroom with walk-in shower and two sink, mosaic finishes. The kitchen is fitted with brand new General Electric appliances. The living room is very spacious and it is divided into dining area and drawing/TV room. The bedroom boats a double bed and a built in wardrobe extremely spacious. Electrical up/down shutters throughout.

The building is extremely well inhabited and a porter is constantly on place. Bicycle storage available.

The flat is just five minutes walk away from the Arc de Triomphe Etoile (metro station) and three minutes from Place de Ternes.
