A corner away from the sea-front, this designer finished apartment is the perfect property rental for people looking for a central area from where to go exploring the rest of the Island. Just cross the street and you get to the bus stop. One side takes you to the St Julians & Paceville and the other takes you to Valletta from where you can take a bus to everywhere. For those looking for a relaxing holiday just cross the street and you get to the beach, the surf lido and a lot of restaurants are just a street away. Enjoy walking along the sea-front promenade and try some of the best restaurants and pubs along the way. Also if you are into shopping you will find Bisazza Street, Tigne Point and Plaza Centre are all walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining with fully equipped kitchen leading to the two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. All the apartment air-conditioned and cable TV and Internet are complimentary

Sliema and the coastline up to neighbouring St Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal resort. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and caf'e life. Sliema is pronounced 'sleeyma' and sometimes mistakenly pronounced 'selima' by tourists.

Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area and houses several of Malta's most recent Shopping Malls, full of shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, Internet cafes, and day cruise boats.The road continues north to St. Julians and Paceville and southward towards the Strand Gzira, Ta Xbiex , Msida and Valletta. Sliema, coming from the word Sliem ,meaning 'peace', was once a fishing town on the peninsula across Grand Harbour from Valletta. The town began to develop rapidly in the early 20th century as a summer resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quiet, inland streets. The Sliema promontory offers on one side stunning views across to Valletta and on the other, open sea views. The promenade, which runs for several kilometers from Gzira just south of Sliema to St Julian's, is ideal for walker and joggers. There are plenty of seats along the promenade and on summer evenings the seafront becomes a sociable meeting place for locals. The coastline has two tower fortifications: a De Redin watch tower built in the 17th century; the other was built by the British in neo-gothic style in the 1880s

The bus stop is just down the road from the apartment and the ferry boats are only about 15 minutes walk away. The Paceville area boasts a number of night clubs, cinemas and shopping malls. For those having young children, the Sliema promenade has a number of gardens and playgrounds were the children can spend some time playing.

  • Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
    A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday.
    Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer to a UK account or by Pay-Pal.

    The apartment includes basic water and electricity supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.30 euros per unit (1kwh).

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
