A beautifully furnished 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment comprising of 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), both with fitted wardrobes, bathroom, large airy bright lounge/dining area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Real leather sofas; one of which is a sofa bed.

The patio doors lead from the lounge onto the delightful balcony overlooking the stunning countryside countryside and quaint village of Anafotida.

The nearest town to Anafotida is Larnaca, being only 20 minutes away by car. There you will find plenty of shopping opportunities in the many streets and passage ways. There are also large supermarkets such as Carrefour if you need them. Larnaca also has many places of interest.

Along Larnaca's tree lined promenade there are a host of good places to eat as well as a good blue flag status beach with sunbeds, parasols and water sports. There is a Marina at one end of the promenade and the Fort at the other. There are also two museums, the church of St. Lazaros and various ancient sites across the town. On the way to Larnaca you’ll pass the Salt Lakes which are home to migrating Flamingos during the winter months.

Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Phinikoudes Beach, a marina, delightful promenades lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea. There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional and international restaurants.

The excellent road connections put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol. Larnaca is a thriving port with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a significant tourist and commercial area and a convenient base for exploring the island. Pedestrianized sea front is lined with plenty of Cypriot cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all ages. At the northern end of the promenade there is a large marina where regular boat trips can be booked. Larnaca has a long history and there are many places of interest to see and explore. Ayia Napa is a 40 min drive to the east and is globally renowned for its night life. It also has a Water World water park highly suitable for families. To the north a 30 min drive will take you to Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.

Back in Anafotida, you will find Cafe Aman located in the centre of the village where the owners Stavroula and Andreas offer a very warm welcome with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The food is truly amazing and they are flexible to cater for all.

St Christpoher's Gardens is single block of apartments located among a development of villas located in the traditional Cypriot village of Anafotida. Situated 20 minutes from the town of Larnaca and Larnaca International Airport, it is a charming village with a long and esteemed history. It is built on hills surrounded by the beauty of the Cypriot countryside presenting the village with a truly picturesque look. Just 5km away from the village is Larnaca coast with its beautiful natural beaches. From some village locations, onlookers can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea. From every location in the village, you can see the ancient monastery of Stavrovouni, founded by St Helen and considered one of the finest architectural buildings in Cyprus.

Within the village you can enjoy the unique facilities only a traditional Cypriot village can offer; delightful taverns serving home-made Cypriot food, traditional coffee shops, mini markets where you can find fresh produce, a local bank, school and so on. You are surrounded by the rolling hills of the area which locals have christened as a 'walkers paradise' and is a very popular destination for cycling enthusiasts and professionals due to its quiet roads and challenging twists and turns.

Being 36 kilometers from the Troodos Mountains, in winter months you can go skiing in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon - where else could you do that in the same day! A few minutes drive from Anafotida, you will find large supermarkets, major banks with ATM's, a petrol station, doctors, dentists, bakeries and so forth providing every conceivable service.

Skiing in Cyprus in the Troodos Mountains is usually available in the Winter months from the beginning of January to the end of March. There are 5 slopes and 4 lifts (Hera, Aphrodite, Hermes and Zeus) and runs vary in ability from beginner right through to the advanced skier and they even offer routes for cross country skiers. You can hire equipment at the Cyprus Ski Club “ski shop”. Get there early though, as, on a busy weekend, the best equipment goes very fast!

Due to its central location, Anafotida offers quick and easy access by car or bus to Larnaca International Airport (15 mins), the capital Nicosia (30 mins), Limassol (40 mins), Paphos (70 mins), Ayia Napa/Protaras (40 mins) and the Troodos Mountains (80 mins).

Closer to the apartment is Mazatos - located about 10 mins away, is a traditional Cypriot village with an abundance of Olive groves in the surrounding area. Whilst the village of Mazatos is somewhat set back, closer to the beach you can find a few restaurants and even a Camel Park which is a very popular tourist destination for families.
