House of modern architecture devoted entirely to the south, on open pool surrounded by lawn with vegetable mantle of oak and pine. In the outdoor area with 1500m2 can still enjoy porch with grill for summer meals, and miscellaneous equipment childlike. The house has two floors enjoying the unevenness of the ground, being installed downstairs laundry room and a covered summer focused on. Upstairs, the open ground by large windows and plenty of natural light, are distributed in a suite and two rooms with WC and cloakroom. The area is comprised of social kitchen with island and dining area, pantry, health service and living room with terrace. The automobile parking for 3 cars is covered under located in the housing, and there is a kennel. House environmentally friendly, with water heating panels and solar thermal electricity generation through photovoltaic solar panels.

The villa is situated in a rural area markedly Green, located between Greenville and Ponte da Barca. It is an integrated zone in a vast natural heritage, where you can enjoy the Serra do Geres, river beaches and rivers Lima Man, as well as proximity to the coast maritima of Viana do Castelo. The religious heritage consists of various chapels of Romanesque origin. In terms of food we can find traditional restaurants Minho, where stands the famous cod bites and certified rice on the floor. During the summer Minho are constant pilgrimages around the chapels, animated by the joyful sound of concertinas.

A fabulous house in a wonderful place, 5 * in all aspects. I'm writing this review a week after being there and I already miss it.
