Musee d,orsay,montparnasse,and the Eiffel tower.

This is a first floor apartment of 70 m2 within a two minute walk of shops ,restaurants and the metro station of

Pereire.

Most main line stations are about 35 minutes away gare de nord and gare de lyon being the closest.

    Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday for english clients ,and four weeks before for french clients(this is due to the delay in banking negotiations) alternatively bank transfers are accepted,for other european clients.

This apartment is in a location close to public transportation, in a quiet neighborhood about 25-50 minutes from most attractions. It is very large and spacious for a Paris apartment. The toilet is separate from the shower room which helps with 4 people sharing one bathroom. The shower room has recently been redone and is fabulous and modern The facility was clean and the lady who met us was very kind and nice. She lives upstairs and was available when we had questions.
The apartment was definitely big enough for four adults, but only the large bed was suitable for adults. The beds in the living room were not very comfortable for our adult children. Be sure to bring your own supplies as the rent does not include paper and soap for dishwasher or laundry. It does have a nice washer/dryer and dishwasher, but we just hand washed the dishes rather than try to find dishwasher soap for one batch.

Very good value for money regarding the large space!
It's very quite and near of paris center. I like it and I''ll choose it as soon as I'll come back in Paris!
