This property really does offer the whole package with luxurious accommodation for up to 8 people. Dogs are welcome. The property sits in the tranquil village-like surroundings of Dartmouth Park with Hampstead Heath just moments away as well as its lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. The property is well-serviced by transport and one can literally be in central London within 10-15 minutes.
Raised ground floor, lower ground floor and basement. The raised ground floor of the property comprises a generous semi open-plan living and dining area leading onto a balcony. The living area also includes a modern well-fitted kitchen. On the lower ground floor there is a large master bedroom with an open shower and bathing area. The master bedroom leads out directly into the charming garden. There are 3 further double bedrooms (2 with en-suites). In the basement of the property there is a further open plan space devoted mainly to a range of gym equipment as well as a secondary TV and children's area. The basement also has its own shower and WC.

Heating is via central heating. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Dogs are allowed at the property. Regrettably smoking is not allowed. There is a cot (bedding not provided) and high chair available.
