A majestic maisonette with 4 double bedrooms (3 of which are en-suite) situated over 3 floors of a stunning townhouse in the beautiful Dartmouth Park area.

This property really does offer the whole package with luxurious accommodation for up to 8 people. Dogs are welcome. The property sits in the tranquil village-like surroundings of Dartmouth Park with Hampstead Heath just moments away as well as its lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. The property is well-serviced by transport and one can literally be in central London within 10-15 minutes.

Accommodation

Raised ground floor, lower ground floor and basement. The raised ground floor of the property comprises a generous semi open-plan living and dining area leading onto a balcony. The living area also includes a modern well-fitted kitchen. On the lower ground floor there is a large master bedroom with an open shower and bathing area. The master bedroom leads out directly into the charming garden. There are 3 further double bedrooms (2 with en-suites). In the basement of the property there is a further open plan space devoted mainly to a range of gym equipment as well as a secondary TV and children's area. The basement also has its own shower and WC.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via central heating. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a TV and DVD player, CD player, radio and iPod dock. There is a washer/dryer in one of the en-suite bathrooms. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Dogs are allowed at the property. Regrettably smoking is not allowed. There is a cot (bedding not provided) and high chair available.

Off-street parking is available for 3 cars and there is also street parking.

The concept of Londons Holiday Apartments evolved following a request from a very high profile sports star who was looking for accommodation during the 2011 Wimbledon tennis tournament. After consulting family and friends the idea grew, with ambitions of providing London bound tourists with a cheaper and more authentic experience. We asked ourselves, would we rather stay in a boring and unimaginative hotel or have the once in a lifetime opportunity to have our very own London Home? The area known as Dartmouth Park sits between Highgate to the north and Kentish Town to the south. The area is quaint and charming with the Georgian town houses adding an element of grandeur. The village-like area is popular with young professionals and families alike.

The charm of the area is obvious with the beautiful properties which, although close in proximity to central London, feel as if they are far away in a small village. With the cute shops, restaurants and bars you will not fall short of places to go and it is easy to forget that central London is only 10-15 minutes away.
