Front line beach luxurious top floor penthouse apartment in Elviria, Marbella. The inside of the apartment is kept in warm, bright colours. The spacious terrace is South facing and sunny all day long. On clear days you can see Gibraltar and even Africa, and in the evening a beautiful sunset behind the Marbella Mountains. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with dinning area, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine etc. The sunny terrace has table + 6 chairs, sun blinds, 2 sun beds, direct and fantastic sea views. The apartment is on top floor (second), which makes the terrace much more private and romantic - you can almost jump into the ocean from the terrace... There is a lift directly from beach level to the entrance door of the apartment. (The apartment was completely reformed May 2003) Situated in an enclosed complex with direct beach access, 4 pools, chiildrens pool, free parking...
Ski Details:: Only 1 1/2 hours drive away (aprox. 150 km.) you will find the world famous Sierra Nevada in Granada.

The location was great for planning day trips, and we loved that we could walk to the grocery stores. We will forever remember the beautiful water view and the sunsets.

Knowing the area well we thought the location should be good - in fact it was perfect.
The apartment exceeded our expectations which were high in the first place. All the facilities listed are excellent - the apartment is kept to a high spec and is clean and well decorated throughout. And, of course, the views from the balcony are beautiful and so relaxing.
The owner, Louise, is not only a very charming lady but also very professional and attentive.
We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to both family and friends.
Based on location and price, our expectations were higher. It was our third holidays in the Marbella area and the apartment was the worst conserved of the three. In few words: it should be refurbished. The apartment was dirty and fortunately we had asked for housekeeping during our stay. We even had to wash the bed cover before going to sleep because it was stained. The manager/owner was helpful and supplied us of extra cooking utensils but we did not like that she blamed the waiters about the poor maintenance. In our opinion she should have supervised the cleanliness and never had given us the key in such conditions. I do not know when the picture was taken but nowadays the beach width in the area does not correspond with that shown in the picture; the beach is really narrow. The best: sound and sight of the sea and a lift to the beach level, which is very convenient for elderly and children given the access difficulties of the development. Parking is not reserved for the apartment; it is free but you have to find one inside the state.
Brilliant flat located right on the beach, huge balcony for sunbathing and dining, - south facing over the sea gets the sun all day and evening. Perfect location overlooking gorgeous sandy beach and panoramic view. One large en-suite bedroom great but other bedroom slightly small for our 3 children and kitchen v small but happy to compromise for the location. Swimming pool not heated but weather was good so we didn't need it. Watch it out of season! Definitely the location a hit and would come back again.
Elviria is situated inside the border of the desirable area of Marbella, aprox. 8 km. from Marbella Town Center, only aprox. 15 km. from the well-known Port named 'Puerto Banús' (with its luxurious boads and charming restaurants) and only 18 km. from Fuengirola Town (with Europe´s longest beach promenade)in the Region of Málaga on the Costa del Sol.
In Elviria you will find with in walking distance super markets, restaurants, shopping centres, beach etc.
The apartment is situated rigth on one of the best beaches in Marbella (Elviria) and close to famous golf courses like Santa María Golf, Santa Clara Golf, Cabopino Golf, Golf Río Real, Mirafclores Golf etc.
The famous turist attactions like Granada is only 1.5 hours drive and Ronda (with Spain´s eldest Bull Ring) is only 1 hours drive. Málaga capital (with the Cathredral and the Picasso museum and a lot of other turist attactions) is only 30 minutes drive.

Golf: Only 1 km. from Santa María Golf. Only 3 km. from Santa María Golf. Only 3 km. from Cabopino Golf. Only 5 km. from Golf Río Real. Only 6 km. from Miraflores Golf. There are more than 15 course within 30 minutes drive including Los Naranjos and La Quinta and a further 15 within 60 minutes drive. Further down the Costa del Sol past Marbella on the way to Gibraltar is the world famous Valderrama course.
