Mas La Tour de Rey offers luxurious accommodation in an idyllic secluded setting, between sea, mountains, and vineyards in the South West of France. Recently entirely renovated by a renowned local architect, top quality natural materials and designer touches are included throughout.

The furnishings are traditional in style and feature stylish antiques - there is even a grand piano facing the Pyrenees foothills beyond. The Mas features multiple chill out spaces around the property so you will never feel crowded, no matter how large your group.

The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable single and double beds and plenty of storage. Three of the seven bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and all have block out shutters and mosquito nets. The kitchens boast two semi professional stoves and equipment, and all the bathrooms are equipped with high end designer furnishings.

The one hectare landscaped garden around the house includes three patio-terraces for outdoor living and dining, two of which are within the sheltered walled garden and courtyard. Large lawn areas, with built in night lighting, are perfect for children to run around and enjoy the large climbing frame, slide, and swings. We also have a free-standing above-ground swimming pool and a full size trampoline which can be put in place on request.

The wing extension of the property has air conditioning and the house is heated and cooled by a state of the art thermodynamic under floor system. Complete wheelchair facilities are provided in the wing extension master bedroom and living area.

Local activities include: wine tours, beach sports (wind/kite surfing, jet ski, sailing), skiing/mountaineering, farmers markets, horse riding, golf, bicycling, and mountain sports (rock climbing, quad biking, rafting, caving), outlet shopping (2 hours drive). Local sight seeing includes medieval Romanesque architecture, Cathar castles, and day trips to Costa Brava, Barcelona, Andorra, Languedoc and Provence.

The Grand Villa (the whole of Mas La Tour de Rey) offers fine accommodation in a superb setting in the South of France. This beautiful house can be divided if desired into two independent units, each with its own kitchen and living space. These are referred to as The Mas & The Mas Extension. Recently renovated by a renowned local architect, top quality natural materials and designer touches were included throughout. The furnishings are mainly rustic antiques and traditional-style furniture - there is even a grand piano which can be played with views of the mountains beyond. We offer you several living spaces around the property so you will never feel crowded. The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. 3 of the 7 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all have shutters to block out the morning light to enable a blissful lie-in. The gardens have three terraces for outdoor living and dining, two of which are within the sheltered walled garden.
