    *refund may be considered if we are able to re-let the apartment for the original booking days. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Customer will be advised via email or telephone.

    Cancellations after check-in are not accepted and the client is responsible for the entire stay.

Good location, but very basic

Perfect location next to 2 underground stations and in a very lively street with many restaurants; Very basic apartment though with not much room for four people.

Bed bugs

Our family stayed at the flat on the 3rd floor for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. Two nights after our stay I started with itching bites on my wrist, 4 days after returning to the US I am cover with bed bug bites and so is my son. We email the company after my first visit to the doctor which was 5 days ago. We still have not receive any communications. Please do NOT stay here. If I could give it 0 star for this place I would.

Smelly apartment..

The location is great! But, the apartment was not clean and there was a strage smell in it. All our clothing become smelling, and it stayed in even when we come home.. and the aircone didn't work... But, again, the location is so good!

Clean and spacious

Very clean, spacious comfortable room. Studio apartment much larger than I expected with lovely amenities. It was perfect for my family. Easy walk to Covent Garden with nice pubs.

Impressive

I was very impressed with the 2 apartments I booked and was situated next door to each other. Yes this is an old building but they have made a fabulous job with the rooms. Kitchen was just right and the place was clean and tidy. Just a few minutes from Covent Garden and the tube station. we will almost certainly go back there again.
