Twin beds in guest bedroom. Both bedrooms en suite. Large fold up bed for that extra guest. Second TV with cable for use in either bedroom.Quiet private balcony over looking wooded area. Designated parking space plus guest parking. Cable TV, DVD plus Radio and CD player.This condo is furnished to the highest standards and great effort has been made to ensure that it is home from home for all our guests.

The property is located on a quiet residential street shared by permanent residents and overseas (European) owners. If you like walking, swimming or just relaxing this is the place to be.This is a safe, qiuet and friendly location just minutes from the tourist spots on the Gulf Coast. There are numerous Golf courses within easy reach and always a smiling face at the communal pool.

Busch Gardens, Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Ruth Eckard Hall (For Top Live Music Acts) are all within 30 mins drive.Several nature reserves Jon Phillipe Park John Chestnut Park on Lake Tarpon and Howard Park (on the Gulf) are all within easy reach. Excellent shopping is available at Westfield Countryside Mall, Citrus Park Mall, International Mall and West Shore Mall. Local Supermarkets are within walking distance as is Mixers Pub which is a great spot to spend an evening. AMC 20 screen cinema is a pleasent 10 minute walk from the property. There are restaurants and take aways to cater for all tastes and pockets located nearby. The communal pool is 20 metres from the front door.
