Lovely romantic villa set in secluded woodlands, surrounded by olive and fig trees. The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 dbles and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, inc. 1 en suite. Large open-plan living area facing big terrace,woodlands and sea-view, modern kitchen at one end.Terracotta flooring throughout. Both bathrooms and kitchen are brand new. The kitchen has new Bosch appliances, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The living room seats 6 - 7 comfortably - Sony TV with English satellite stations, SKY package, plus DVD home theatre system, CD, radio, PS2 and games. A/C in two bedrooms , fans throughout. Outside 8 x 4m pool with BBQ and large dining table. Shaded chill-out area with settees and table. Extensive terraces,very private but only 5min to lovely village of San Jose, sunsets and shopping in San Antonio and beautiful west coast beaches. 15min to Ibiza town, Salinas and airport. Good restaurants nearby.

Nearest Airport: Ibiza at 17 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: San Antonio at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres
Car: recommended
The house is surrounded by good cycling routes and great walks from the front door. The various local beaches - Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Carbo - offer a range of water sports, including skiing and scuba diving, and great spots to watch the sunsets. There is horse riding nearby. The golf course is a 20 min drive away. There are local shops, cafes and a restaurant nearby in quaint San Agustin, and larger supermarkets about 4 minutes drive. Ibiza town is only a 15 min drive away. There are several good local restaurants within a few minutes drive, ranging from old converted finca's to typical Spanish bar/restaurants. In San Antonio - just 2km away - there are restaurants for all tastes and budgets, plus the famous Sunset Strip with Cafe del Mar etc. As well as pool/BBQ and chill out area the villa has a separate south facing area with stone seating and small fish pond which is very tranquil.

  • Half the rental to be paid on booking to a spanish band account. The other half one month before arrival date. Security deposit to be either brought in cash on day of arrival or paid into a UK bank account a week before arrival. Once check out is completed the security deposit will either be returned in cash or via internet banking to client no later than 10 working days after departure.
    If booked for the 2 week period, will charge only4000 euros

Notes: The grounds are not fenced off, but are however safe for children to play in. The surrounding fields are easy to watch over and we seldom get cars on the path. Very slow driving path. We also have 2 cats which will remain on the property who are used to people and children. If clients are allergic to cats they could go in catery. The washing machine is not in the house but situated outside the garage with a sink close by. Water comes from a natural buying bottled water for drinking and use the tap water for all other purposes. Wireless broadband is in the house for internet access. We ask for non smokers, however will provide ash trays for people who wish to smoke outside only.
