Our house is located in the residential area of ??The Bell-Resguard in the town of El Masnou, just 18 miles northeast of Barcelona. The property is located only 300m from the beach, the promenade and the Marina and is well connected to the station of El Masnou (7 min walk). The train takes about 25 min to the city center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya). The large communal area to enjoy 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball and playground. Nearby is also an area with shops just 5 minutes from the house. It is a good option to combine holidays with visits to the city of Barcelona and surroundings and relaxing beach and pool.
The village of El Masnou is known for its quality of life, the marina with restaurants and bars of all types and in nautical shops to rent boats and spend a day fishing or sailing. The marina offers a very active sailing school as well as a restaurant with sea views open to the public. Just 2 km are the vineyards of Allela, we recommend a visit to the village to try their wines and stroll through the beautiful center of a traditional village in the area.
At 8 km there is great Vallromanes golf and just 2 km is the Pitch & Putt Teia.'s Circuit de Cataluna in Montmelo, MotoGP/F1 (www. circuitcat. Com) is 15 km.
