Ideally situated on the Mediterranean coast (15 minutes by car to Cannes and 40 minutes to Nice), famous for its surrounding mimosas-laden country sde. Supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 minutes by car. There are numerous villages and towns to visit including Mougins (famous restaurants), Grasse (home of perfume), Saint Paul de Vence (art galleries), Mandelieu (and its golfs), Cannes (la Croisette, festivals of cinema, well-known beaches, luxury shops) and the islands of Lerins (hiking). A lot of small pretty hilltop villages and local artisan shops deserve to be seen in that area. A wide range of other sporting and recreational facilities is also available in the local community (tennis, horse riding ...). An excellent train and bus service can take you to Cannes - Nice - Monaco - Grasse to do shopping and sight-seeing.
