BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN KING BEACH SUMMERTIME IN TAHOE

Our family stayed at this condo for the second time last weekend. We had a wonderful time as we did the first time. We have stayed at several condos in Kingswood Village over the past year and this is our favorite. My only hesitation in writing this review is that the condo will become so popular that we will have trouble reserving it :). Have to plan ahead I guess.

It is very spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated and has everything you could want or need. We love the big flat screen TV, and two couches for lounging after a day of skiing. They had lots of movies to choose from and we had fun watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Our two girls loved sleeping in the loft with the spiral staircase and took over the bathroom on the second floor. If you have really young children and you plan to have them upstairs, the staircase might not be ideal since it is very open. You can see it in the pictures. The Master has a wonderful comfy bed, very nice new lighting and the bathroom downstairs is great. We especially like the shoe rack by the door and all the hooks to hang stuff. It is great to be able to hang your stuff somewhere to dry and it keeps all the shoes off the floor. How smart. Most owners want you to take your shoes off (which I totally understand), but there is often no where to put them all. I really appreciate little things like this that make things a lot easier. The kitchen is very well stocked. The only thing I would say is that the dishwasher is a bit noisy. We discovered this after turning it on at night and then turned it off to run in the morning. No big deal. We love that Safeway is so close by if you forget anything.

The owner, Lynelle is super sweet and very responsive to any questions. We did not have any issues. Last year we had a little trouble with the lock and she was available to help us right away. Since then the lock has been changed and works great. It is obvious that she really takes pride in her condo and wants people to enjoy it. I appreciate that.

Anyway, we LOVE LOVE LOVE this condo and hope to come back more often next year. We are sad that last weekend might have been our last ski trip for the season, but who knows, maybe we will get more snow for April :).

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely home over the Christmas holiday. The property was easily accessible and the grounds maintained despite large snowfall. Lynelle, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. She helped us prepare for the trip (we had never been to Tahoe in the snow) and even decorated the condo with a Christmas tree and lights inside and out which made our stay more festive. The home is very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. We have a family of 4 with 2 young children, and needed to do most of our cooking at the condo. There is a Safeway nearby and this property is centrally located to several ski resorts. The only suggestion I would make is brighter lighting on the main floor as it was a bit dark inside. All in all, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this property to others!

We had a great time at your condo, thank you! It was cosy and just right for our 2 families. The 4 kids (aged 8 to 11) loved hanging out together in the loft, and the place is well stocked with books, games and DVDs. Lynelle was very helpful and responsive, and our minor issues were handled quickly and painlessly. We vacation often in Tahoe and liked the personal touch of an owner who cares for the place as her second home, not just as her rental property. We'd recommend this place to friends and look forward to renting again!
