Very sunny apartment in quiet area, near Sacred Family and Park Guell. Dining room - lounge with sofa bed, complete bath, 2 rooms one with double bed, individual other one. Air conditioning and calefacio.

Many light, any exterior. Residential, very calm zone and to 10 minutes in car of the center. Stopped BUS in front of the building, station of meter(underground) to 10 minutes walking (line 5 direct to Sacred Family and the Center of the city). Facility of free parking in the street. internet access.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It is located in the safe and silent

part of Barcelona. You can walk by feet to famous Gaudi park. The metro line is near by.

We enjoyed staying in Horta.

Nous recommandons ce logement qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif donné sur l'annonce. Après de longues journées à visiter toutes les curiosités architecturales de Barcelone, il est très agréable de pouvoir se détendre dans ce bel appartement, très clair, très propre, très calme, d'où l'on peut même rejoindre à pied (si l'on aime marcher), à travers un beau parc situé juste à côté, le magnifique parc Güell. Les transports en commun sont tout proches et il est ainsi très facile de se déplacer dans toute la ville. Excellente adresse !

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement : il est en lui-même tout à fait bien équipé, clair, aéré, tout proche d'un parc; il est situé dans un immeuble très calme, dans un secteur assez peu passager et néanmoins desservi par une ligne de bus fréquemment (toutes les 15 minutes avec arrêt au pied de l'appartement). La station de métro la plus proche est à (à peine) 15 minutes à pied et nous mène partout dans la ville très facilement. A 10 minutes, il y a une petit supermarché ouvert tous les jours de l'année de 8 heures le matin à 2 heures le lendemain matin et d'autres commerces variés.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire; il est venu très gentiment nous chercher à la sortie du métro pour nous mener jusqu'au logement et nous a organisé (avec son fils également très serviable et qui parle couramment français - ça aide bien- ) un départ en taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport (nous partions tôt le matin avant l'ouverture du métro). Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié sa souplesse d'accueil quant à nos horaires d'arrivée (tard le soir) et de départ (tôt le matin).Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse."

"A lovely apartment in a quiet area of Barcelona. Good transport links - buses & metro close by. Food shops & local market also close.
The facilities meet all expectations were very clean and functional. Furnishings and appliances were new. The owner is very helpful and kind.. Had a lovely holiday. recommend this apartment to anybody visting Barcelona"

quartier très agréable, avec un parc à côté avec une vue imprenable sur la ville, calme très propre, propriétaire très sympa, rien à dire. Le métro 15 minutes à pied le bus en face de l''immeuble. Voiture garée dans la rue sans problème. Une bonne adresse si l''on veut calme et tranquillité, après un journée en plein centre c''est très appréciable."
