The new apartment building, opened in 2011, is furnished in modern style. Equipped with air conditioning, linen and towels, hair dryer, safe, TV. Kitchen equipped with kitchenware. The energy produced by photovoltaic panels and solar is managed with a modern automated system. Inside the residence has a swimming pool for adults and children with jacuzzi, parking, bar, reception area, small library, ping pong, board games, children's play area in the garden.
