10 BEDR., 5 BATHR., sleeps 26, POOL, AC, FREE TRANSPORT AND DAILY MAID

This Art villa is the biggest villa available in Sitges and walking distance from the beach and center. We call it an Art Villa because 2 famous spanish artist have painted all the walls throughout the villa to give the place a bright and happy colour.

By 15 of March 2012 it´s totally renovated which means, a new kitchen, 5 new bathrooms, painted inside and outside, new furniture, including a table inside and outside for 20 people.

The villa has a garden of 2500 m2 with a private pool and is very private and quiet. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and with our bar and outdoor music installation its a real pleasure to lay around the pool.

For the kids we have the game room with a ping pong table. The villa has plenty of place for them to play but also next to the villa there is a big green zone where cars are prohibited and its ideal for them to play.

There is indoor parking for 2 cars but always a lot of place in the quiet street where the villa is located.

Villa sleeps 26, very spacious, private and walking distance to beach. 19 min according to google maps.

In case you don´t like to walk we can arrange for you free transport to the beach or center!!!

You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention center.

Extra Services: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour. We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. Reserve when you book the villa. We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance. Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent Filipina chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price. Breakfast service: 62 Euro/week/person Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 Euro. BBQ party service with music. please ask for prices and availability.

Pick-up service: Please ask us for our cheap pick up rates from the airports, Barcelona(El Prat), Reus y Girona. We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only 550 € per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details. We also have a Huyndai Atos for rent for 30 euro per day or a Porsche Cayenne for 150 euro per day.

We have villas that sleep up to 26 people. Among our villas are the biggest short term rental villas in Sitges town.

We offer many extra free service like cleaning and transport to the beach or center of sitges but also very well priced extra services like breakfast & dinner, babysitter, tours, car, scooter and bycicle rental or transport from the airport.

Moreover we organize wedding ceremonies and parties from a to z and anything else you ask us we will try to arrange it and believe we have had some strange request but have been able to complete the task.

A sea view and the setup of the 2500m2 garden guarantees you silence and relaxation throughout the day and night. Easy access to centre of Sitges or just a 3 minute drive to the highway that takes you to Barcelona in 25 min. The beach and the beautiful harbour of Sitges are just a 4 min drive. In case you don't want to drive make use of our bicycle rental service(see further details).

  • We ask for a deposit of €250. for young people or groups 500 euro
    We offer 2 payment methods
    1) 100% when you make the booking but than the price includes the travel insurance from ownersdirect you tranfer the week price to me minus the price to insure your trip.
    2) You pay in 2 terms: 50% when you book and 50% 62 days before you arrive but this does not include the travel insurance.
  • Extra services that we offer:

    The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. She can stay over to sleep in the service room if necessary.
    This service does have a cost of €12 per hour.
    We can also provide scooters for you to rent.
    We have 125cc scooters which cost €200 per week.

    Ski:
    The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive.
    In April its possible to go Skiing in the morning and lay at the beach in the afternoon.

    Golf:
    We have a very nice golf course next to the sea.
    The green fee is €75 during the week.
    I would also like to give you a tip.
    There is another club at a 20 min drive from the villa.
    The green fee is only €40.
    This course is very difficult but not very known but very beautiful.

    Reserve when you book the villa.
    We also offer bicycles for €35 per week. Please reserve in advance.
  • Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent English chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email.

    The costs are €35 per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.

    Breakfast service: €60/week/person.
    Free groceries delivery service if you buy over €40.
    BBQ party service with music. Please ask for prices and availability.
    Sport service: We have made an excellent deal with the local golf club.
    For reduced prices you can play golf, football, basketball, paddle or tennis or use the three swimming pools that they have. It is located just right next to the sea, it is a really beautiful spot and you will love it to spend a day or just a few hours there.
