Gorgeous studio in I'On! High-end complete kitchen (with Sub-Zero), glamorous bath, lovely living & sleeping spaces, "I'OnHaven" is beautifully furnished. Lots of storage and closets; full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, tankless hot water, all included. We've provided a separate desk and comfy leather chair too, for those who'll be working while our guest. A very peaceful office environment!
Outside the front door, the small "deck", table & 2 little chairs give a private spot for coffee, overlooking separate parking court in a shady, secluded setting just minutes to downtown Charleston & I-26. About 650 sq. feet, gorgeous setting!
Neighborhood amenities available to you through the (private) I'On Club, located right in the Neighborhood: tennis on 7 clay courts, 3 pools, fitness programs and equipment, as well as special events. Dining is available through The I'On Porch, as well.

Guest Waiver Pass $50/week/person paid in advance ~ up to 2 persons

Let Owner know if you want the Guest Pass when your make your reservation, which must be arranged in advance. You'll receive a personal fob for your use while with us.
These amenities are provided to our guests through The I'On Club with their Guest Waiver Pass.

Lovely bungalow!

Lovely little bungalow with all the amenities! Cathedral ceilings make this bungalow feel very spacious. Furnished with all one could need to make their stay comfortable! Conveniently located with a short drive to the beach and historic downtown and convenience shopping!

Great respite!

I came here from very cold Michigan for some rest and relaxation and that is just what I found! This little diamond in I’on is a fabulous place to stay! Everything you would want is close…the beach, downtown Charleston, groceries, shopping. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spring Fling!

Tom and Duval were attentive hosts. We very much enjoyed our month stay in this condo. Mt. Pleasant is lovely, as, of course, is Charleston and surrounding area.

This is our third stay at I’On Haven and it was just as great as the first visit! The neighborhood is the best for walking and everything you need or want is close to the rental. Thanks again to Tom and Duval for sharing their lovely property and for always stopping to share a chat!

Very pleasant and comfortable

Meeting Duval and Tom was wonderful. They greeted us like we were old friends. The carriage house was beautiful and had every thing we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. A very nice home away from home..

Owners built their home in 2000, one of the very first in famous I'On. Duval spent 33 years as a professional Kitchen, Bath and Interior Designer (a Fellow member ASID), then turned to real estate in 2013, as a Residential Real Estate professional with Carolina One Real Estate. Tom is a self-employed contractor who specializes in home repairs and improvements, and who's a talented guitarist. He plays in two praise bands, one at our church. Together they owned Kitchens By Design, Inc. for 33 years!

I'OnHaven was built in 2016, meets I'On neighborhood standards, and is completely legal short term Studio rental for the discerning traveler.
A gorgeous, complete kitchen encourages cooking and every convenience is included. No cost was spared to make I'OnHaven a top-notch, convenient, attractive, private vacation spot.
Mt. Pleasant & our neighborhood, I'On, both require minimum rental term of 28 days for owner-occupied properties. We love to do the right thing and follow both the local municipal laws and neighborhood requirements.

What makes this property unique

Pretty much everything you could ask for is included in I'OnHaven! We offer the amenities of The I'On Club as part of your stay with us. Those amenities include a restaurant, yoga, fitness facilities & classes, 2 pools and clay courts for tennis & pickleball. You entry is included in I'OnHaven, and you only pay per week or month for single use or use by a couple:

Here are the fees associated with the Club amenities (payable directly to the Club): Per week: $40 per week - single; $80 per week - couple. Per month: $150 per month - single; $280 per month - couple. You would go directly to the I'On Club office and fill out the paperwork when you arrive, then you'll be all set.
