The select urbanisation of Playas de Fornells is situated a few minutes drive out of Mercadels and just before Fornells. Casas Jardins is an area of spectacularly beautiful gardens with a charming shared pool but just a few steps away and boasting fabulous views of the beach and sea and the surrounding unspoilt countryside; being in an elevated position. The beach is literally just across the road and provides shallow swimming in its sheltered bay. Internally the house is tastefully and comforably appointed with pictures, ornaments and books tetc. The design is open plan split level with high ceilings, rough walls etc. and is based upon the style of an old fisherman's cottage. The unspoilt fishing village of Fornells is five minute's drive away and highly noted for its seafood restaurants; even the King of Spain is reputed to dine here. Five minutes drive in the other direction takes you to the traditional Spanish town of Mercadel.

Maid service can be arrnged at extra cost.The house is in an elevated position from the road, second line to the sea and beach, with views of both and is accessed via a winding stepped garden path. The shared swimming pools is just a few paces away together with a lovely serene sitting area around a fishpond. The urbanisation boasts plenty of supermarkets, cafs and restauarants together with a bus service. The unspoilt fishing village of Fornells is but a few minutes drive away and also the traditional old typically spanish town of Mercadels is but ten minutes drive away.
