A luxury self-catering apartment offers spacious accommodation with air con. It is beautifully furnished and capable of sleeping up to six people in comfort. With the Spanish weather it is perfect for Winter or Summer holiday rental. From the living room or master bedroom you can walk onto the private terrace complete with sun-beds, you have a fantastic view down the 14th green of Duquesa Golf & Country Club down to the Sea. All of the floors and bathrooms are finished in fine marble tiling and equipped with attractive fittings. For your entertainment there is Satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is brand new and modern, with an electric cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer, large fridge freezer and micro wave. In fact everything you would need to make the perfect romantic meal and the master bedroom is en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub! Two pools are 30 metres from the front door, the beach, the port & fantastic resturants are only a 5 minute drive.

Very close to Gibraltar with views to Morrocco. Estepona, Marbella, Sotongrande & Puerto Banus are all within 30 mins drive from the port of La Duquesa. The famous town of Ronda located in the mountains is also about an hours drive.

Golf: The apartment is situated on the popular Duquesa Golf & country Club but is perfectly located for some of the best courses in Spain. Sotogrande, La Reserva, the two courses at San Roque and Europe's best course Valderrama are just a 15 minute drive. In the opposite direction there are the three courses of La Cala, a little bit closer are the old favourites above Banus, Las Brisas, la Quinta, Aloha & Los Naranjos. 1000's of holes and if you need some help in choosing then please ask.
