Located 1/2 mile from the beach, this rental comes with a reserved parking spot. The residence is medium-sized and is surrounded by gardens. The pool is large and protected by a security gates for your privacy as well as the security of your children. Plenty of tanning chairs/beds are available.

The building is handicap access friendly throughout.

The condo offers 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is smaller and has bunk beds. This room is best suited for children. In the large living room, you will find a large sofa-bed that converts in one step and sleeps 2 adults comfortably. There is also a large dinning table with plenty of seating. The condo is spacious and airy and offers all the modern amenities including laundry washer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, oven, microwave oven, comfortable beds, a large balcony with patio furniture and charcoal grill, bathroom with tub/shower, separate restroom.

Hi-Speed internet Wifi is offered at no extra costs.
