The house is located closer to the center of Saint Jean de Luz as the Saint Pee sur Nivelle, she is in front of a ridge and made lots face south towards the dominant mountain in the Basque coast, Rhune (900 mothers altitude). This view gets into the large living room with exposed roof beams by two big and tall windows.

The pool is at the end of the garden gently sloping.

The house is in perfect working order because the owners live there part of the year and maintain and modernize constantly.

The highway is still accessible without caps and allows easy movement parallel to the coast.

If the north facade has a Basque character, the south facade with its ten roof slope has a small Mediterranean air.

The large living room overlooking the view, you can comfortably accommodate occupants and deploy a table for twelve covered if the cold does not allow to use the one found on the terrace under an awning.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped, the table seats eight place.

The house is equipped so that tenants can only bring their personal effects, laundry charges will be included on the deposit with proof.

Women routinely cleaning the house for over twenty years spend three hours a week at the owners expense to clean patios and water the plants. She may accept other work for consideration by the tenants. A gardener comes regularly to tend the garden and the weekly pool maintenance will be done by experts paid by the owner.

The first master suite includes a large bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing room and a full bathroom with two basins, bath, enclosed shower and toilet. The second master suite has a large bathroom with two basins, bath, shower and toilet not closed. Both suites have a terrace overlooking the garden and the view. The third bedroom has a double bed or two beds, a large closet and a bathroom with a tub and enclosed shower.
