Located steps away from the historical city center, next to the Almudena Cathedral and just off Plaza Mayor, this spacious and luminous one bedroom flat sleeps four and has, as of recently, been fully revamped with a modern design look and feel. The space offers a very comfortable and quiet accommodation within short distance from several amenities, including Plaza Mayor, the Almudena Cathedral, the gastro-borough of La Latina, and the Manzanares river green areas and park (perfect for exercise conscious clients). The apartment also offers excellent transport links to other parts of the city.

The flat sits on the ground-floor of a traditional building and can be accessed directly through a very quiet side-street, within one of the typical 'barrios' of the city. Highlights include a very spacious living room / dining room with a dining table for four and high ceilings; this space is separated by a bar top from a fully-equipped american kitchen. The apartment is fitted with wooden floors, adding coziness and warmth to the space. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,60x2,00m) and the living room with a sofa-bed sleeping two. A full bathroom with shower and toilette rounds off this fully-fitted apartment.

  • ATTENTION: we have a minimum stay of 1 week, and only rent for less when there's a wondow available in between reservations.

    Per night for each guest after 2:
    15€/night extra person.
    10€/extra extra child (4-18 years)

    Security deposit: 300€ to 600€

    Booking payment: 25%.
    Balance: Cash/credit card upon arrival (Payment with Credit Card is subject to a 1% charge. 3% Surcharge for payments with American Express).

    Security Deposit:
    at arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 48 hours after the end of the stay.

    Seasonal rates:
    +20.00% for Easter 5 nights min.
  • Check In:
    When you arrive to the apartment, a FSH team member will provide you with all of the relevant information about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. You will then be handed the keys to your new apartment in Madrid!

    We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment check-in policy:
    • Check-in hours are between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
    • If you would like to check-in before 3:00pm we will do our utmost to accommodate you. If an earlier check-in is not possible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Madrid and return to the apartment as of 3:00pm.
    • If you would like to check-in after 9:00pm and additional fee of 30€ will be charged until 11:00pm and Sundays; and any check-ins later that time will be charged 50€.
  • Check Out:
    To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to indicate your estimated time of departure beforehand sending us an email.

    On the day of your check out, you must vacate the apartment before 11:00am. We kindly ask that you inspect the apartment before leaving, dispose of any garbage, and leave the keys on the living room table. Our cleaning team will arrive at 11:00am to clean and to review the apartment inventory.

    If you would like to leave the apartment alter 11:00am we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs; however, it is vital that you inform us your plans in advance. If a late departure cannot be arranged, you are more than welcome to leave your packed luggage in the apartment and return to pick up before 3:00pm.

The place looks exactly as the pictures. Beautifil and Clean! The service provided by the owners is very good. I love the descriptions hanging from the washing maching and other places with reminders as well as instructions for usage. Found it very helpful. The location of the flat is very good, the area is very nice with lot´s of parks that you can go to. Lot´s of grocerie stores around the area, restaurants not so much, but they are some. The nearest metro is a litle over 500mts away, waklable but there is lot´s of buses you can take one block away an take you to the city center and other touristic places in 5 to 10 minutes. The bus for the Train station you can also take it from even one block away from the flat and takes around 15 to 20 minutes to get there. The apartment is very spacious, and I love my whole stay there.
