Our apartment is situated in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Mijas mountains in the typically Spanish village of Mijas Pueblo, Costa del Sol. The ground floor self catering accommodation is one of only six and has been very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The large garden terrace is ideal for relaxing on sunbeds or in the warm evenings dining alfresco surrounded by the fragrant scent of the orange trees. For those wishing to dine out, restaurants and tapas bars are just a short stroll away. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, sitting room, dining area, separate kitchen and shower room. For couples who wish to enjoy the fun and vibrancy of Spanish life this apartment is ideally located at the edge of the village.

The beautiful of Mijas Pueblo is one of the few typical white villages that retains a true Spanish charm and is one of the most photographed in the whole of Spain. The village offers many shops and restaurants. There is also a main square where in the summer months many local events and fiestas are held. It is also nice to explore village through the cobbled streets where around every corner there will be something new to discover. Travelling inland you will find the ancient town of Ronda, one of the most interesting towns in Andalucia with its monuments and secluded Moorish palaces, well worth a visit. There is also the city of Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace and gardens. For the sun lovers amongst you, the sweeping promenade and sandy beach of Fuengirola is just 15 minutes away by car or local bus, or if you prefer a bit more seclusion the small marina and beach of Cabopino is just along the coast towards Marbella.

    These rates are for one couple. Extra guests (up to a total of 5 people) can be accommodated, the extra cost will be confirmed on request.

    SPECIAL RATES FOR WINTER LETS OR LONG TERM RENTALS AVAILABLE. ENQUIRE WITH OWNER.
  • At the time of booking a security deposit of 125 pounds will be requested and returned within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday.

    Reservations for part weeks will be worked out pro-rata from the weekly rate.

    Rates for Christmas and New Year are available on request.
  • All rates are inclusive of electricity, gas and linen except beach towels.

Notes: The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and plenty of storage space. There is a washing machine and sink in the outside utility room. The sitting room is tastefully furnished with two sofas and coffee table. There is also a large cabinet with satellite TV, video and stereo system. The dining area has a large Catalan dining table and chairs. From the sitting room there is a door leading to the large sun terrace with patio table and chairs where most people prefer to dine through the summer months.

There are only 6 apartments in the building and the enclosed mature garden is lawned and has numerous flowers and two orange trees. There is a roof terrace for sunbathing and for guests to enjoy the breathtaking views down to the coast.

The tourist office situated next to the town hall in Mijas Village offers regular cultural and interest walks around the local area. In the summer months in the village square weekly flamenco or Spanish guitar exhibitions are held. There are numerous leisure activities such as the Mijas golf course, horse riding and a municipal swimming pool.
